Located extremely convenient to downtown. 1/2 mile from the heart of Germantown. Very walkable. Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.
