We are a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (5-7 years-old) and we had amazing long weekend at Nicholas's chalet. The chalet is surprisingly bigger and newer than it looks in the pictures. Our kids loved running around inside the chalet to play hide and seek. We also enjoyed a lot of the outdoor area. It's great lake for fishing, we caught many fish (small, bill length) just by standing on the dock, the biggest one was a bass about 16 inches! Small beach but well enough for young children to have fun and swim. We also did kayaking and canoeing. The place suits families with kids very well as from the backyard or BBQ (side of the chalet), we can keep an eye on the children playing in the water or on the dock easily. I will definitely love to go back.

You can tell this house is someone’s home as soon as you walk in -it’s cozy and comfortable. It’s very big and feels almost too spacious for a chalet at first but our family appreciated the large open living area! Well stocked kitchen, lots of linens and cozy blankets. Tons of outdoor space, fire pit with a generous amount of wood included. Unfortunately the level of the water in the lake was too high for us to take advantage of the beach down the road but went on several gorgeous kayak trips. We were blessed with regular visit of families of deer and rabbits on the grounds. There are neighbors on one side but far enough that although we could see them it felt private enough. Guy greeted us personally and gave us some local tips. Great experience!

Beautiful cottage, spacious and very clean. The beach is gently sloping, in a cove, it's perfect with the kids. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed the sunrise in the morning from the living room. We had a great time.

We stayed here for our mini honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The place is so peaceful and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and then some. Comfy bed and couch, gorgeous forest views, and just a really cozy vibe overall. Marie-Eve was awesome and made everything super easy with clear instructions. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great stay! Beautiful chalet super well equipped, very clean and very functional. Beautiful views, tranquil corner and stunning lake. Possible activities are a big plus (paddles/kayaks/canoe/swimming/spa…) We took advantage of the mass of the land, convenient for activities with teenagers or younger ones and of course, the fire in the evening facing the lake:) The water fountain was super appreciated because the water is a little sulphurous even if it is drinkable and sleeping, excellent! Alex and Emile are super proactive hosts and respond really quickly to our questions. In conclusion: perfect stay! We'll be back, that's for sure!
