Holiday rentals with a patio in Nonthaburi

The room is barely lived in but is complete with 4 towels, kitchen set and astonishing view. Only the warmth of the host overshadows the building, the room and area due his kind nature and drive to make your stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

The room was very clean very tidy, the terrace is beautiful and just like in the photo. The host was very nice, I would come back anytime:)

Loved staying at Mai’s place! She’s a wonderful host with many recommendations around the area. We’ve become great friends in the time we stayed here. The place was perfect and so cute—loved the decor. The building was great and everyone was very friendly. The amenities are amazing and always kept up. Pro tip: pay a visit to the restaurant on the main floor. 10/10 would recommend this place!!

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. I like that it has a smart TV, washing machine, and microwave. Very convenient. The sofa bed is very large.

The place was really how it was described and overall the whole place was really good and clean, just that we went there for songkran and had to travel to the main center area everyday and it took pretty fairly long like around 30 mins just to go there.

Place matches the photos and host is very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

The pool is large and very comfortable, the house is also beautiful, the host from Bangkok to Pattaya has planned a trip, you can also help book a pick-up and drop-off driver, everything is available, it saves a lot of heart, just have fun.

Very responsive host. I appreciated the communication as it’s our first time in Thailand. We are staying at two of the hosts places, which are close by eachother.

We really enjoyed our stay here and could have easily stayed longer if we didn’t have other commitments. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when needed. The Canal Home is perfect if you are looking for a more local experience on the canals of Bangkok. It is suitably spacious, comfortable and has a beautiful deck over the water. The house is situated directly across the canal from a dazzling Buddhist temple. There is a small long-tail boat you can use to explore the canals. Proper good fun! The house is north of downtown in the Nonthaburi area. It’s easy enough to get a Grab taxi to the Chao Phraya River and the ferry to down town. Highly recommended!

Private, can be decorated beautifully Suitable for families and children or a small party I like that it has a pool. Fully equipped central multi-purpose room As for food, you can order delivery or walk to the Suthisan intersection. There is a lot of food. If you stay for 2-3 days or more, it will be very suitable.

The villa room is large, the pool is great, the landlord came in person to receive it, he answered all my questions, he also helped recommend food and fun, it's very close to the weekend night market, there is a subway station next to the villa, there are supermarkets, convenience stores are all there, you don't want to order takeaway, you can cook your own kitchenware.

The place was so nice and the owner was really accommodating. We can refer this place to our colleagues who’s planning to have a visit in Thailand. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

We are four people, exactly two bedrooms are very convenient, surrounded by market, supermarket, restaurant life is very convenient.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Lotus , central Ladprao shopping mall and public transport. Close to CBD as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The host was friendly and quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!
