Great location! it is directly adjacent to a fairly noisy bar, but given the central location, the noise was expected. The place was tidy, well appointed and very easy to access. Hayley was helpful with questions when needed.

Communication was great right from the initial booking, all questions were answered promptly. The space is perfect for couples or small families, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and amenities. The rooftop was an added bonus we really enjoyed of an evening Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Coolum

Sams place was a comfortable clean and tidy unit in a central area but also peaceful with great views of the beautiful maroochy river. Sam's communication was very prompt. Check in was a breeze. Thank you.

This lovely unit was light and airy,with everything at hand. comfotable beds,and it felt relaxing as soon as we walked in.Our host was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here

We enjoyed our stay. The room was smaller than expected but plenty big enough for a short stay. We hadn’t intended to do any cooking and you could easily just walk down the road to Cafes and restaurants. Although the weather was rainy on and off it was a lovely misty country get away. The town is great for wandering in with nice shops and art galleries and many great cafes.

Was the perfect place to stay! Everything was homey and felt so cozy. Such a gorgeous place and will 100% book again when we come back over. Host is such a lovely person, helped with any questions we had and was extremely friendly. 10/10 place

We loved our stay at Annette’s mountain BnB! The host was so lovely and responsive and had thought of everything one could possibly need on a holiday. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect. Views are spectacular, outlook from pool was reminiscent of Bali. The closest shop is a 20min drive and no Ubers or restaurants close by, however that is only a very minor negative and I would 100% recommend this bnb and host. Wonderful 😃 I hope we would be welcomed back again . Thanks Annette and Mark

Peter's place was truly unique. Magnificent gardens that must be experienced. Peter greeted us upon check in and gave us a wonderfully knowledgeable tour of his gardens and cycads. The guest house had everything we needed for a lovely comfortable stay. the beds were comfy and very well equipped kitchen, lounge area and bathrooms. We had a lovely fire pit which we enjoyed on the cold night. Being able to explore the gardens at our own pace was great and we would not hesitate to recommend the property or stay again.

Great country escape. The space feels right at home, very clean and tidy and comfortable. The road didnt bother us and wasnt a disturbance for us but we live in the city. Comfy beds. Most cooking needs supplied. I am glad I bought our own paper towel and we missed our chrome cast but really great stay with our fur kid. Thank you!

Stunning winter weather with no full moon, and clear skies allowed for cooking over the fire with unimpeded celestial viewing. Comfortable furnishings, board games, birds, well-stocked kitchen and wood for both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, our family had a magical winter weekend getaway. Two of us made it to the seat at top of ridge to watch an azure sunset. Thanks Mike we’ll be back.

As soon as we walked in we were transported to a peaceful, tranquil place. It was everything we were wanting in a family getaway just perfect. Very clean. Living area was just perfect for our group of 7 adults and 3 small children.

This beautiful retreat in Coolum is not only a great spot but has the loveliest host and a really relaxed and comfy vibe. The outdoor dining area and garden were favourites of ours. Comfy couch and beds and all the amenities described! If you already love Coolum or are visiting I can highly recommend Lisa as a host for your stay!

Beautiful spot up on the hill, the views are as great as described. All essential necessities needed are catered for in the property. It's fully screened which keeps insects and wildlife out, and lets fresh air, breeze and views in. Being amongst the trees does give it a sanctuary feel. It's still relatively close to everything, a walkable distance down to the esplanade, beachfront walkway, shops, cafes etc. The dog beach is an easy 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic, and has a hose off area to wash the sand off your fur child before a dry off. Things to consider are that traffic sounds can still be heard depending on the wind direction and there were some road construction works (April 2025) down on the main road nearby, in case you're sensitive to these sounds, and the mattress may feel uncomfortable for some. Highly recommend, if you're looking for somewhere easy, amazing views and close to the beach without being in amongst the noise and business of holiday apartments.
