This large, modern family home has an inground swimming pool with large undercover outdoor entertaining area and BBQ. The house is less than a minute’s walk to the beautiful Hargraves Beach. Rarely busy, at times it will feel like your own private beach! And if you love beach fishing, Salmon, snapper, whiting, flathead and bream are waiting to be caught. Our Lakehouse is a fun getaway situated right on the lake that is suitable for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Beautiful loft apartment to suit a couple. Not suitable for children, due to second storey configuration. Attached to a house but completely separate to the main dwelling. A 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to beach cafes and a restaurants. Limousine transfers are available to all local restaurants within 25 kms.
