Manfred's "Utkiek" corresponds to 100% of the display, and it is the most appealing and cozy of all apartments (also top clean and everything available)! The house is in a very pleasantly quiet location, and the view from the skylights is wonderfully wide and unbalanced. Beautiful apartment in a small cottage settlement directly on the sea. We felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and it was clean. Heating was a bit confusing to use and was not explained anywhere. My highlight was the robot vacuum cleaner, very cute gimmick! Communication was via a landlord's own tool. When you get in touch via airbnb, you'll be ignored. This could be improved. Otherwise, everything is great.

We were spontaneously in the apartment for 5 days and immediately enjoyed the time there very much. Central location, short distances and yet quiet. Everything you need to feel good, including small extras ;-)...just GREAT! Communication was straightforward and inquiries were responded to and acted immediately. Therefore : Highly recommend! We will be happy to come back.

Very nice house, modern furnishings. Fence exists, but is only about 50 cm high, so not insurmountable for larger dogs. 😅 Distance to the water, beach and dog beach about 30 minutes on foot, so in my opinion not exactly close to the beach. Check-in and out completely unproblematic.

We felt very much at home at the place. The view is the absolute highlight. Once you have dealt with the bed mechanics, this is also very straightforward. We constantly had very good and uncomplicated communication with Frederike :-) Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work reliably, which did not disturb us. Otherwise, the apartment has everything you need for a cozy break. We will be happy to come back. 🌞🌊

Great place, good amenities. A knife block with sharp knives would have been nice, but otherwise great and more than you needed. Conclusion: We'll be back!

Great apartment! Very good location! Host was accommodating, helpful and very communicative.

Unfortunately, we had some bad luck because the path in front of the townhouse was being redone in our week. We had to park somewhere else, but Hilger took care of it appropriately! Otherwise, the house is very nice directly behind the dike! Everything worked out perfectly!

All in all a very pleasant stay, it was almost nothing missing, you were even greeted with a few drinks. However, long black hair was found everywhere in the apartment, on the mattress covers that had already been moved in. There was a problem with the warm water towards the end, but since communication with Stefan was easy, we were able to enjoy warm water again after a few instructions.

Beautiful, very clean and well-equipped small apartment very close to the main train station - great when arriving by train and if you are traveling by public transport. We felt very comfortable, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful tiny house. The location is good as a starting point for excursions by car or bicycle. The small sandy beach on the Weser river is only 100 meters away. Parking was sufficient. Highly recommended.

The cottage has everything you need, the garden is very idyllically located directly on the lake. Be sure to book the hot tub and enjoy the view from there on the lake! The communication was great. Thank you for the good time we were able to spend here!

A very nice authentic villa in an amazing location. Downtown is around the corner with many shops and supermarkets and restaurants. Johanna is a lovely hostess together with her little dog Luna.

Everything was perfect, 👌 the location is fantastic, 😍 the apartment is very nice, clean and super equipped ... The host is very kind and nice. It can't get any better!! We will be back 🤝
