The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). Good parking possibilities and possibilities for charging electric cars in the garage. Mesh network. Disney+, Allente, Netflix. Many board games and toys.

Located right next to Kongsvinger Golf Club (at hole 10 for those who know;)), swimming area, miniature golf and nice hiking areas. 10 minutes drive away from Kongsvinger with swimming pool, bowling, paddle, restaurants, Kongsvinger fortress ++. During the golf season there is also an open restaurant 400 meters away from the house, with good food and a license to sell alcohol :) The house contains four bedrooms, with the possibility of setting up an alcove in addition.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
