We choose this place because if we wil take early flight. Also find that it is very worth the be here! Room is very cosy, you can directly have Mountain view in the living room. You can walk nearby, it is a wonderful and peaceful town. Enda and Bosse are dearly nice host, we ask several questions, they drive here to tell us. I wish we could stay long.

Wunderschöne Lage, gemütliche Hütte. Alles da, was man braucht. Am Abfahrtstag einplanen, dass man nicht nur sauber machen muss, sondern auch die Bettwäsche waschen und aufhängen.

Dette er den fineste airbnb- en jeg har vært på. Det var så fredelig og fint. Fikk ro i sjelen. Jeg var litt skeptisk til at det ikke var strøm eller vann, men det funket kjempefint og Ulrikke hadde gjort det koselig☺️. Alt var veldig på tilbudsiden her. Ullsokker var satt fram, håndklær, små lys på batteri, osv. Veldig romantisk sted. Utsikten var helt utrolig, her kan du sitte på verandaen og nyte. 🤩 Du kommer i kontakt med naturen her. Veiene til båthuset har flott utsikt utover fjell og vann fra både sør og nord. En flott tur! Takk for denne gang, håper jeg får muligheten til å komme tilbake!

We are so grateful to have had such a long stay in this house: the wonderful view to the see and the mountains in the changing light and colours was so beautiful - also the natural surrounding of the house - unforgetable! The house inside is very tastfully furnished - the kitchen perfect. We could feel, that Kundan lived here - sometime ago. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Gastgeberehepaar. Wir haben vier traumhafte Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Der Service war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar mit auf Ihre Hunderunden mitgenommen. Nicht nur wir waren begeistert sondern auch unser Hund Buddy hat sich von Anfang an heimisch gefühlt und sich Tag für Tag seine Leckerchen abgeholt. Besonders wertvoll waren auch die persönlichen Ausflugstipps. Danke für einen absolut gelungenen Urlaub

We loved staying in the adorable cabin! The location was perfect, and we loved the way the whole place was decorated. We all wanted to move in!

A nice and spacious apartment with everything you need, making cooking easy. Beautiful decor, plenty of blankets, and extra points for the fantastic sheets. There was a waterfall in the yard, and it was fun to watch the harbor life from the windows. You could conveniently park your car in the yard. The store was nearby. Thank you Kine!

Das war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der wir je waren. Wir haben den Blick auf das Meer geliebt, konnten Austernfischer, Möwen, Adler und Otter vom Sofa aus beobachten. In der direkten Umgebung haben wir Elche und Rentiere gesehen. Es war toll! Die Unterkunft ist sehr durchdacht mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder.

Jamies van was just what we needed. It was perfect to see Lofoten on our own pace and explore wherever we wanted. The bed is comfortable which is all you really need.

FOR et sted!!!! Jeg kjente på en umiddelbar ro med en gang jeg kom inn i huset. Huset er stort, og helt nydelig!! Det var godt og varmt, fin innredning og manglet ingenting. Det står et piano i andre etasje, og det elsket jeg! Jeg kan ikke spille, men koste meg veldig med å sitte ved det å "spille" mens jeg så ut over Vefsna. Helt magisk!! Jeg har allerede bestemt meg for å reise tilbake neste vår/sommer, og da skal jeg bo mer enn bare 2 døgn. Anbefaler virkelig både huset og vertskapet her!!!

Flott bolig, fantastisk vertskap og glimrende beliggenhet!

Fin og romslig leilighet veldig sentralt i Harstad. Siv Linda svarte raskt på alle spørsmål og var veldig hjelpsom med å tilrettelegge for at vi kunne ha med oss ettåringen. Nydelig utsikt!

For oss var dette det perfekte stedet. Stor balkong, gode senger, i gangavstand til alt. Et godt hus å bo i. Kommer gjerne tilbake v anl. Anbefales.

Wij hebben mateloos genoten can ons verblijf hier! Het is een zeer gezellig huisje en het uitzicht van op het terras is fantastisch! Zo hard genoten can de middernachtszon. Een echte aanrader!

We were very lucky - we enjoyed mountain hikes in beautiful May weather and this fisherman’s cabin which was such a lovely surprise! It was as it is described and much more. It was very spacious, right on the water, had incredible views and everything we needed. The location was also very convenient - close to everything but a bit away so very romantic. Thank you Fredrik and Caroline for sharing your special place with us!

Wir durften 8 Tage in Kathrines wunderschönem Haus verbringen. Die Lage, Ruhe und Aussicht sind einmalig. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, weshalb auch ein Regentag kein Problem darstellt. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sodass man sich prima selbst versorgen kann. Besonders zu erwähnen sind hier der Kaffeevollautomat sowie der Sodastream. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Stressless Sessel im Wohnzimmer laden zum Relaxen ein. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht ist phänomathenal. Kathrine reagiert innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Rückfragen und gibt auch proaktiv Informationen weiter. So hat sie uns über den stattfindenden Artic Run informiert, wo wir die Gelegenheit hatten, sie kennenzulernen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir haben die Tage im Haus von Kathrine und Glenn total genossen und hoffen, dass wir im Winter wiederkommen können.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war super und es hat alles ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Location eignet sich perfekt für Hotdogs am Strand bzw. allgemein zum grillen. Wir konnten wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge direkt am Wasser genießen. Wir kommen wieder. :)

Fantastic stay with stunning surroundings – highly recommended! This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Lofoten and want to be in the heart of it all. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and central. Everything was pristine and in perfect condition—no issues at all. My only suggestion would be regarding the curtains: currently there are three separate panels with four gaps that let in light. During the midnight sun, this allows sunlight to enter the room at night. Adding Velcro to secure them or switching to one or two blackout panels would help. I personally prefer a pitch-dark room for sleeping. Aside from that, everything was excellent—wonderful host, beautiful accommodation, and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll definitely return.

Tolle, gemütliche Hütte mit grandiosem Ausblick

We spent two weeks in Norway and the four nights in this beautiful home and area were the highlight of our trip. It is such a special place and this cosy home is very well equipped. Karin and Arild were delightful and responsive hosts. It was no problem to be greeted and shown around the property, even with our late arrival. The location is stunning and if you appreciate nature, views and hiking, you will be very happy here. The house itself has incredible views and the shared spaces and deck are very well set up to make the most of the location. We hiked up the mountain just down the road, explored the foreshore and used this as a great base to explore the greater area. The house was very well equipped. We even made waffles with the waffle-maker provided! Instructions and interactions with the hosts were clear and easy. I hope we can return one day. I will remember our time forever.

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve ever stayed. The location is so calm, and the views onto the lake never got old. We were here in May and loved watching the light change around the lake and mountains in the distance late into the night. It’s stunning - and such a relaxing place to stay with our family. The house has everything you could need and Tanja is a perfect host. It’s also an excellent position to explore the south, and worth the extra bit of driving for such a peaceful place to stay. I hope we get the chance to come back to the Lofoten Islands, and if we do we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
