Beachfront holiday rentals in Norfolk

Lovely place to stay, only 30 seconds walk to the High Street. A perfect place to base ourselves from for a great few days in Sheringham.

Such a beautiful place to stay. We stayed at the Beach House with our children, dog and friends. Plenty of room and very clean. Penny was a great host and replied quickly to any questions I had. The local area was beautiful and we were blessed with sunshine and gorgeous sunsets. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the accommodation and West Runton thoroughly. We highly recommend the local pub named The Village Inn, in particular the fish pie! We enjoyed lots of local activities and had very pleasant walks to Cromer and Sheringham from West Runton. Thanks for having us stay.

Had a great stay here with my dog, it was very quiet, great proximity to the the beach, we walked to beach at 4am every morning to see the sunrise. Bed was absolutely comfy, had everything I needed, kitchen was well equipped for what I needed, I didn't cook though, ate out or ordered take away. Used chalet as a base to explore the area, would definitely come back if I coming back to the area.

Perfect for a chilled out weekend break, loved the beachfront location; ideal for exploring Cromer.

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Fabulous cottage in a lovely sedate setting. Perfect for short breaks near the sea. Paul provided lots of valuable information on the local area which was really useful. Would happily return and recommend Paul as a host. Thank you!

We loved our stay. We spent 4 nights with our dog. Firstly it was lovely and clean with everything you need, we felt at home straight away. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach and you can sit outside and see the sea - something not many places can actually say. It’s on a holiday park which is very peaceful and quiet. We can recommend walking down the beach to the Poachers Pocket pub - it’s about 10/15mins and even serves breakfast or a morning coffee. The overall location is also so easy to get around for days out in the Broads. We loved it And highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Spacious and well appointed. Location is perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast. Hosts were wonderful, very responsive and took the time to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful short break at Philip and Amanda’s lodge in Trimingham. The lodge was the perfect size for our family, beautifully organised and equipped with everything we needed. The thoughtful amenities provided made our stay extra comfortable and were much appreciated. The location on a lovely caravan site was ideal, with excellent facilities including a swimming pool that was perfect for our infant. Everything was so family-friendly and well maintained. We had the most amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lodge to others. We’ll definitely be back! x

Booked for a last minute stay and couldn’t have been happier! Everything was super clean, and the furnishings were beautiful, made me feel right at home. Convenient features like AirCon and Laundry were a plus! Definitely exceeded my expectations! The location was 10/10 as well, right next to the beach, and all of the tourist attractions, which was great! Will certainly be staying here again!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

Fantastic place right in the middle so access to north and south beaches by car. Amanda is the best host, welcoming, very quick response to all our needs and offered us early check-in. Her place is a little gem. Cleaning is spotless, baby chair was definitely needed for our little one. Definitely recommend this place. Car park is convenient being next to you. I would recommend a drive to cromer about 45 minutes to enjoy day out on the beach but most of all grab a pizza from cromer pizza and kebab, bottle of wine from Morrisons petrol station near it and drive to free car park by the coast on the cliffs, enjoy your food and drink whilst watching the sunset. A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful two bed en-suite appartment, ground floor so great for my elderly in laws who came with us. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is provided. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Great showers in each en-suite. It was quiet to say close to other appointments. I Would definitely recommend Sarah's place, my mother in-law didn't want to leave, we would love to return in the not too distant future : )

Spent an enjoyable week in this lovely apartment with fantastic sea views from every window. Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea on an evening. The apartment was spacious and well fitted out (even a full length mirror which most hosts do not provide). The whole apartment was spotless with an easy walk to shops and bars/restaurants. We decided to park in front of the apartments rather than using the underground garage as the access was a little tight for the larger car. We had no problems parking and generally a space was available along the street if we went out for the day. Check in went smoothly and it was very nice to have the use of a lift as we were on the second floor. There was renovation work going on in the children’s playground in front of the building but this wasn’t really a problem as the workers finished work at 4pm every day - sorry we never saw the finished playground before we left as think it will be a useful facility.

We had a lovely stay , very peaceful and Denise is a great host . The Annex has everything you need for a cosy stay , we loved the garden and the lights , we also lit the fire pit one night . Views up the hill on the coastal path are stunning, sunset from the bench is a must . Overstrand is a lovely village , dogs are welcome everywhere. We had a delicious meal in The White Horse and the Cafe on the cliff top is great for a coffee and snack . We also went to the Conservative Club with family on quiz night ,very friendly, and only £1 to join ! We would definitely stay again .

What a great find! Mark was extremely friendly, helpful and a good communicator. The accommodation was a good size for two and very dog friendly. It was clean and well equipped, with plenty of storage space in the bedroom. Unfortunately there was little space in the kitchen for our food and drink, though the fridge freezer was a good size. The large rear windows are quite a feature but on sunny days it did get very warm inside. The rear courtyard is a good size and the BBQ was a real bonus. The bathroom is large as is the shower. As mentioned in the details, the owner’s house does adjoin the accommodation and has rooms above. The local pub, tea rooms, restaurant and nearby beach are great and all within a few minutes walk. Having a Sky box gives quite a lot of TV options. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Excellent from start to finish, comms were great too. Requested an earlier check and this was agreed. The place was spotlessly clean, nice complimentary touches of tea, coffeee, milk and water, even a bar of chocolate. Lots of useful local info in a well put together folder too. And literally steps from the beach. Would definitely use again if in the area.
