Family-friendly holiday rentals in Norfolk

Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

We had a lovely time here our first overnight trip with our new baby. Brilliant hosts, the bread and eggs were a nice touch. Interesting cup lights in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend. Thanks :)

We stayed in Kestrel Barn as a group of four friends. Nicola is a great host with brilliant communication, everything was very clear and easy. The barn is a lovely space and spotlessly clean. 10 mins walk to a lovely beach and a couple of pubs. The outdoor space and hot tub are fab too!

FABULOUS STAY!! ONE OF THE BEST ON AIR-BNB. Stunning location and the home was epic. Gorgeous old farmhouse with all the modern comets. Stayed with our entire family and the kids were so happy. Hot tub, walks and plenty of space to run around. Sarah always responded and was proactive to help us with anything. We even extended our stay we were having so much fun. We will be back.

The Pump House exceeded all of our expectations. The setting was breathtaking—surrounded by peaceful nature, with beautiful views in every direction. It was the perfect place to switch off and enjoy some true tranquility. The architecture of the property is remarkable—thoughtfully designed with a stylish blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It looks amazing in the photos, but in person, it's even more impressive. The accommodation itself was spacious and easily fit all 14 of us, with room to spare. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of exceptional quality, and every one of us slept incredibly well in the comfortable beds. We came prepared for the bugs, so I’d definitely recommend bringing citronella candles and repellent—not one of us got bitten! The remote location was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature—it made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The house is stunning. We were a party of 6 adults and a baby for joint birthday celebrations. The kitchen and lounge layout was superb for cooking, lounging and celebrating and so light with the huge windows making it feel as if the garden and house were one. The bedrooms were all big, the beds and bedding beautiful quality. Showers were great. The layout of the house suited us very well with a good distance between lounge/ kitchen area and bedrooms so as not disturb a sleeping baby in the day or evening. Lots of games left for entertainment in and outside the house. The hot tub and BBQ were a huge hit, easy to light and maintain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, really very happy to have found Rumi's Field. Thank you to Alice and Andrew who were so helpful when we had some extra questions before staying.

Such a beautiful place to stay. We stayed at the Beach House with our children, dog and friends. Plenty of room and very clean. Penny was a great host and replied quickly to any questions I had. The local area was beautiful and we were blessed with sunshine and gorgeous sunsets. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Chris and Melissa were perfect hosts. With a very friendly welcome it was nice to meet them as they were away on our last visit. Georgie their sweet dog was very happy to see us and our dog too. The barn is a real sanctuary and beautifully furnished with the best kitchen. Garden is shared with a private corner too. Our dog could wander where he liked as did Georgie. Thanks will return again.

We e joyed our stay, unfortunately my husband became unwell and was taken to hospital before the end of our holiday. Charlotte was very understanding about our situation. We loved how quirky the chalet was, bed was lovely and comfortable, the area was quiet and really nice walks close by. We will definitely be booking up again.

We had a great stay and found the accommodation was to our satisfaction. we used local facilities and restaurants but cooked in the. house at other times. We would be happy to return. We have never visited Norfolk previously and found it a very pleasant for a holiday destination.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, great places to eat, and lots of amusements nearby. The space itself was comfortable and felt very homely. A special thank you to Kathy, who was incredibly understanding and accommodating when we asked for a slightly later checkout — we were so grateful for her kindness. Because of that, we’ll definitely be looking to book again!

We were lucky enough to spend our 50th Wedding celebration with our family at Well Cottage. This was absolutely wonderful and we have created some special memories. The cottage is stunning and very well equipped. James and Mary left us a delicious 50th celebratory Carrot cake, a basketful of essential and luxury goodies and James baked us some scones on our 2nd day providing both jam and clotted cream. The garden, football pitch and children's playground were a great hit for our grandchildren. I cannot praise James and Mary and their beautiful cottage enough, they went above and beyond to make our trip special.I will be recommending to friends and family and hopefully returning as soon as we have the opportunity .

Eilish's place was amazing! We stayed for couples of nights and we have everything we need and more. Eilish made us feel very welcoming. We will stay there again, 100% sure!

We had a lovely few days staying at Little Barn. The accommodation was warm and comfortable and had all we needed. Carrie was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for lovely places to eat locally. A great place to stay for our first visit to North Norfolk coast.

Lovely location to explore the Norfolk coast/broads. Unfortunately the pool was on a rota, which we were not aware of pre-booking, and the sauna was also out of action.

Nice place clean and tidy. Great super fast broadband and having Netflix is a great bonus although we were out at the lovely beaches most of the time we were there Will consider booking again as we will definitely be coming back to Norfolk.

Our family stayed at one of the beautiful lodges, we were greeted by Steve, what a lovely man, he shew us how to use the amenities, and said if we needed anything , just to ask, he left us to enjoy our 2 night stay, swimming pool amazing, hot tub amazing, our lodge was amazing too, near to the broads where we enjoyed a boat trip, really was the best 2 days, we will be going back sometime in the future Natalie Devereux

had a wonderful family break with my two teenagers. Fantastic location near to the beach, good family entertainment in club house, near to great Yarmouth stadium and seafront.

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

Great cottage. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room and all of the basics covered. The Goat Shed farm shop & cafe was SO much more than we had expected - fabulous! How wonderful to see a great business thriving. Great range, gorgeous food, amazing staff who went out of their way to help us even when we needed an iron (which was not in their job description). Would recommend everything about The Goat Shed and the accommodation.

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Rachel accommodated us to stay in her annex less than 24 hours before our booking which was amazing. She was very friendly and the place was lovely. Great access to a private terrace area and we were able to use the shared pool which was nice and warm! Within 20 mins from a lovely beach and lots to explore in the local area
