The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect Proof of Identification before Key Handover.

The village is 15 minutes from the town of Murcia, 30 minutes from the beach of Mazarrón and very close to the natural park of Sierra Espuña. There is bar/coffee shop and shop about 100 meters away. The bus stop is next to the house.
