Good parking facilities in the area. Approximately 15-20 minutes' walking distance to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. Kullabygden offers experiences such as the Kullaberg nature reserve, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.
