The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village. There are various facilities in the village, such as a café, supermarket, heated pool and ice rink. During the winter, it is ideal for cross-country skiing and snowmobile rides, and in the summer, there are great swimming and fishing opportunities. From the village, a hiking trail leads into the mountains. Whether you like socializing or prefer to enjoy privacy, this is the place for you. Outside, you can sit comfortably in the shade or in the sun with a beautiful view of the marsh.

Practical exterior for skiing/equipment. Personal touch as we use the apartment ourselves periodically. In winter there can be a lot of snow, but equipment is available and entrance is usually always easily available.

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next door. There is an interior door between the apartments but it is blocked and well insulated so it is not so sensitive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable accommodation!
