Welcome to rent the entire upper floor of our 1930s house. It is suitable for 1-4 people, the living area is about 55 sqm. We are close to the old city center, grocery store and restaurants. Ski trails and a ski slope are also nearby. To the new center, it is about 4 km. To Icehotel in the village of Jukkasjärvi, it is 17 km. Bus goes to both places. From the balcony, you can see the yard, which is fenced and safe for children. A playground is located on the other side of the street.

Two-room apartment with parking on the side of the house. Close to nature. Here you live near the slalom slope and near Kiruna's old town. There are grocery stores and restaurants near the property. At night, the house shakes when they blast in the mine at LKAB. Most houses in Kiruna do. The house is old as you can see in the pictures and will not be renovated because it will be demolished within a few years due to the urban transformation in Kiruna.

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next door. There is an interior door between the apartments but it is blocked and well insulated so it is not so sensitive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable accommodation!
