Newly-built small guest house (2025) for those who appreciate natural surroundings but still want to be close to central Nyköping, the harbor and Rosvalla. From the accommodation, you can see the water, in the meadows, cows graze in the summers and close by is Tjuvholmsberget where you can sit on sunny rocks in summer, contemplate boats and enjoy beautiful views of the inlet to Nyköping. Within walking distance there is also a summer cafe with the possibility of swimming. A longer walk away is the beautiful nature reserve Labro Ängar.

You’ll be close to the forest and ocean, a golf course, Kolmården Zoo and much more. Norrköping is less than 15 minutes away with its lovely restaurants, museums and shopping. Nybyggt, modernt gästhus i ett mysigt grannskap med moderna och fina materialval. Huset ligger i ett lugnt läge i övre delen utav natursköna Svärtinge. Här bor du granne med skogen, flertal fiske och badsjöar samt en kort bilresa till centrala Norrköping, Finspång samt E4an. Fullt utrustad bostad med hall, badrum, kök, allrum samt sovrum. För info under sommaren 2026 kommer vi göra markförbättringar på våran tomt men inget som hindrar tillgänglighet till bostaden. Varmt välkomna !

Relax in a unique and quiet accommodation with a terrace and balcony while also being close to the city. This typical Swedish, red house is located in Lindö, Norrköping, Östergötland County, Sweden. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from the beach and marina in Bråviken. In less than ten minutes, you can drive or take a bus into the city. This beautiful old and picturesque villa of 74 sqm from 1931 has been carefully renovated and furnished for modern living with full equipment.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Veranda under tak med bord och stolar. Grillmöjligheter, finns också en elektrisk tändare. Grillkol står ni för själva. Tv finns. Tillgång till Wi-Fi

Rural guesthouse near town. Private guesthouse in a rural setting. Newly renovated in very nice condition, 2 floors. Only 10 minutes from Linköping. Bus stop with direct connection to Linköping city center 100 meters from the house. Parking adjacent. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. Equipped kitchen with stove. One double bedroom as well as a sofa bed. 8 minutes from Linköping Airport and Saab.

Oasis near City center

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Welcome to our oasis!

Norrköping, Bredudden

Welcome to our guest house where you can enjoy free time. The house is secluded on our property with Bråviken right outside the window. If you want to borrow a kayak or canoe, that's fine. You are also welcome to borrow our wood-fired sauna on the jetty. From there, you can then take a dip in Bråviken. To Åby it is 3 km and to the Central Station in Norrköping it is 7 km.

Annexet Karlberg

Newly built cottage in a rural farm setting 3.5 km outside the center of Nyköping, near the eastern exit from the E4 and the shopping centers Påljungshage and Gustavsberg. If you are passing through and want to stay overnight, the location is ideal, you can reach us in just a few minutes after leaving the E4. Sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the price.

Double bed and sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Electric car chargers can be borrowed on request, charged per kWh.
