You have free access to the sauna and relaxation area, which offer a lovely moment of relaxation. The main house has a double room and a sleeping loft. The guesthouse has two double rooms with lovely sea views. The Stendörren Nature Reserve is only 1.8 km away. Enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the beautiful archipelago environment all year round.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan is secluded and offers a peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in the lake Yngaren. Now there is also the possibility to rent a fishing boat. Here you live spacious on two floors with a separate guest house with place for two people. Ground floor with newly renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The upstairs has a large double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna float | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and lovely dinners, as well as the option to close the door for privacy (9 bedrooms – 10 beds, including bed linen and towels). Cleaning is included.

Lakeside guest house

Lakefront guest house at Bråviken 30 m2 with access to swimming and jetty outside the door. The cottage is located on a shared property with the owner,but is still quite secluded. The guest cottage consists of a room. Fully equipped kitchen area with fridge freezer compartment induction stove and oven with micro.Toa shower. 2 sofa beds with 4 beds. Covered porch with table and chairs. BBQ facilities, there is also an electric lighter. Barbecue charcoal is your own. TV is available. Access to Wi-Fi

Sjöstugan

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Stay on a farm near the forest and lake.

You live in a cottage on the farm with a glass veranda and your own patio. If you want to cool off on a hot summer day, you can go down to the swimming area that belongs to the accommodation. The farm is surrounded by beautiful and species-rich meadows, forests with mushrooms, berries and wild animals. There are plenty of play areas for the children. On the farm there are Icelandic horses and sheep that roam freely in the pastures. Also two cats live here and sometimes a dog.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house overlooks Lake Roxen, 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on site.

Rent this lovely cottage located on a small hill with the sea as a neighbor. Completely renovated one-story house with fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV with Chromecast and Apple TV, two bedrooms and bathroom. Patio with roof and infrared heating with nice view of horse farm and sea. The cottage is secluded and shielded from neighbors. The host couple live only 100 meters away. On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
