Härligt stort hus nära havet

Perfekta huset för det större sällskapet som vill ha nära till hav och kunna njuta av tid ihop i stor trädgård och fin uteplats med sol från morgon till kväll. Tomten till huset är i anslutning till en småbåtshamn där en fin båtramp för att kunna sjösätta egen båt finns. Klipp och strandbad nära. Oxelösund är en fantastisk skärgårds stad med många guldkorn att besöka. Bra kommunikationer med motorväg enda till Oxelösund. 10 min med bil till Nyköping och endast 1 timme till Stockholm.

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

You live in a cottage on the farm with a glass veranda and your own patio. If you want to cool off on a hot summer day, you can go down to the swimming area that belongs to the accommodation. The farm is surrounded by beautiful and species-rich meadows, forests with mushrooms, berries and wild animals. There are plenty of play areas for the children. On the farm there are Icelandic horses and sheep that roam freely in the pastures. Also two cats live here and sometimes a dog.

Välkommen till vår nybyggda 60 kvm luftiga sjöstuga vid Slätbakens strand. Huset har två sovrum där ett rum har dubbelsäng och ett har bäddsoffa för två. I vardagsrummet finns också en bäddsoffa för två. Huset har dusch, toalett, tvätt- och diskmaskin. Huset funkar fint för en familj med upp till 3 barn. Här får du tillgång till bryggor, roddbåt, gasolgrill och fina skogspromenader. 20 min bilväg till Söderköping och Stegeborgs slottsruin med hamnkrog.

Sjöutsikt och spång ner till Bysjön, vi har en liten roddbåt för gäster. Lån av cyklar för härliga cykellturer och lån av golfklubbor, Finspång har 27 håls bana med pay and play. Vi (Ingrid och Bill och katterna Tussilago och Pantufa )bor på gården i ett gammalt hus från 1750 talet med separat ingång och parkering.
