The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and very comfortable, perfect for going skiing at mount snow and cross country skiing and prospect mountain. We were really glad to have picked it. The house is spacious, we all had a lot of room to ourselves, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The farm is gorgeous. Great grocery stores nearby. Sharon was amazing - so helpful when a winter storm threatened to make it hard for us to drive home. She offered us extra time or even another night discounted, which was really generous. She also communicated with friends to help us determine if the road back to NYC had been cleared. We are so grateful for her help! We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the farm even more.

This was my first ever experience with AirBNB. I couldn't have stayed at a better location for my first experience! Melissa's home was warm welcoming and beautiful. I stayed for four nights with my four children. There was plenty of space for all of us. Although my youngest still chose to sleep with me lol the bed was still big enough for the two of us. The pool was absolutely perfect, my kids loved it! The hot tub was very relaxing and very easy to use. My kids really enjoyed it too. The grill worked wonderfully and the fire pit was great for smores. The covered patio made watching my kids enjoy the pool even more relaxing for me, I'm a ginger so if I can be outside and out of direct sunlight that's a huge bonus for me. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Melissa was very responsive when I had questions and I cannot thank her enough for the great week. We'll be back next June for another week! Can't wait to return to this fantastic vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home in the Berkshires! The house was very comfortable and cozy, and the backyard with the deck and pool provided a wonderful space to hang out day and night. The house was situated 20-30 minutes from so many places - downtown Lenox, Miraval Spa and Ballderdash Winery. We can’t wait to come back!!

My family loved staying here! There was plenty of snow for activities. We went skiing at Mount Snow and ice fishing on Lake Raponda for a day. The barn is so unique and had everything we needed. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets and a big cozy couch to curl up and relax by the wood stove. Having access to the clubhouse was amazing… the kids loved swimming in the warm pool after a long day outside. Brian was super responsive and easy to talk to! We already want to go back!

Taylor's stay was the perfect weekend getaway with our couple friends. Such a charming renovation that's stocked full of everything you would need in a home stay. We ended up cooking for two of the nights cause the kitchen and appliances were so nice! Taylor was also amazing in suggesting local things to do and highly proactive and responsive in dealing with the reservation. We will for sure be staying again when we return to North Adams

Daniel's place was the perfect home base for our Berkshires getaway. We visited Mass MoCA and loved coming back to this quiet, peaceful retreat. The backyard was especially serene, I enjoyed my morning coffee outside and relaxing by the fire at night. One of my favorite parts was cracking the window open and falling asleep to the soothing sound of the brook out back, pure magic. Daniel was a gracious host, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The local charm added so much to the experience, including camels and other farm animals across the street, Farmer Dave is a gem. We'd happily stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful; we came to North Adams for an art fair, and were very glad to be able to come back to a clean, quiet house after we wrapped up the festivities for the day. It was a great home base and worked perfectly for our needs.

The house is nicely decorated and with great ammenities like a well-stocked kitchen and a variety of streaming services. Gabriel is a great host and made sure we were ok when 6" of snow hit the area while we were there.

We had two large dinners at Jay's house and it was perfect for hosting 22 people. THe beds were comfortable, there were all the knives and kitchen gadgets we needed to serve dinner to 22 people two nights in a row. The property is beautiful: lush and green.

let's put it this way, this is an annual trip for me and my family and I have already inquired about reserving the space again. The location is great. There's plenty of room to park a couple cars off the street. Easy to use climate control that was responsive when we were a little chilly. It is a squeaky clean, funky but tasteful, modern and comfortable home. You will not be disappointed.

Pineapple Cottage is a lovely, peaceful place to stay. I recommend it fully! Only thing to be aware of, as I was travelling with older folks, is that the stairs are quite steep and can pose a challenge for weaker knees especially as the bathroom is on the first floor and both bedrooms on the second. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and the kitchen is well stocked.

We enjoyed the charming house. The location is perfect for walking to the Mass MOCA and only a little further to restaurants and the grocery store. The recommendations were useful for finding places to eat in N. Adams. Included with the recommendations were menus that we also appreciated. Naro Sushi was the best because we are sushi lovers. We also made use of Cristo's pizza delivery. The kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast. As boomers traveling with our millennial and genZ children, we enjoyed the turntable and vinyl collection very much. The QR code to an instructional video showed our kids how it is done. It has been a while since I listened to Karen Carpenter. We highly recommend Cheri's lovely home in N. Adams, MA. Thank you.

We rented Amar's place for a 3 day getaway to enjoy the Berkshires area. We had 7 adults in our party and found Amar's place to be perfect for our needs. It's a beautiful home in a quiet town with all the amenities that one would hope for. Amar was extremely responsive and even proactive with communication and was a very gracious host. I would highly recommend his place

Our stay at the Vermont House was nothing short of magical. We spent a few days there while visiting family, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be more convenient—everything in town was just a short drive or walk away. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the house itself. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away. The photos online don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and cozy it is in person. Every room is thoughtfully decorated with rustic charm and warmth, and it’s clear the owners have poured so much love and care into every detail. One of the most touching moments was arriving to find a handwritten welcome note waiting for us, along with a basket of local treats and wine. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture—it made us feel instantly welcomed and appreciated. We made so many wonderful memories here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. If I could give this place more than 5 star

We had a wonderful time. This place is not only totally clean and well stocked but is very tastefully remodeled and decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a good size. The neighborhood is quiet and yet very close to downtown so that you can walk to restaurants easily. This was well worth the money for the six or us. Thank you.

Gene’s house is a place of peaceful quiet and beauty. It’s well appointed and comfortable, with wireless and all the various conveniences, but it’s far more than that. The separation between the interior and the beautiful meadow and forest outside dissolves through Gene’s use of windows and glass doors, and the calming sound of falling water can be heard in every room. His use of color and symmetry create an environment that allows you to decompress, and as a result, you can’t help but to connect with the beauty of the forest. The waterfalls are wonderful to sit by; it was too early in the season for a swim in a cold mountain stream, but that’s just me. The design and setting of the home is a reflection of Gene. If you visit, I recommend that you get to know him a bit. His kind attentiveness makes him a first-rate host, but it’s part and parcel of his uncommon connection to the world around him. Gene was more than a host to us- he became a true friend. We will be back.

I was planning on my proposal and wanted somewhere special. The window house was exactly that. Private, peaceful, super clean, amazing views and wildlife. Taylor and Marla were EXTREMELY good at communicating and getting back in a timely manner. If you and your significant other are looking to get away, this is the place. It’s sublime.

We've just been gone a day and I already miss this place. It was a beautiful home in the Green Mountains on a lake with mountain and sunset views. Now we want to come in the fall for the fall colors. It has a large yard, has privacy and we felt very safe. All 3 bedrooms had full bathrooms and outdoor space/decks with views in each room. Lots of outdoor space in general. The house and property were so great that we really didn't want to leave to do anything. We did take advice of a prior guest who mentioned downloading the directions ahead of time. Our Verizon coverage had some limitations in the area, but the home wifi was solid. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkey and the geese/goslings. It was so fun to watch the family of 13 (11 goslings) and another with 3 goslings on a daily basis. The dock by the lake is a great spot to chill out, use the kayaks, etc... We enjoyed taking day trips to cute towns, exploring the area and just relaxing. Love this place!!! Highly recommend.

This home was incredibly comfortable and spacious and was a perfect spot for our family’s stay for our daughter’s college graduation! Our favorite spot was the screened in porch! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds and linens were terrific. All of the pictures accurately portrayed the home and the two separate seating areas came in handy when I needed to work. Courtney also provided detailed instructions - such as WiFi passwords and restaurant recommendations etc. She was also extremely accommodating when I needed to add a night and check out a bit later than normal! Access was also very easy to the home with a keypad lock. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again if we make it back to the area!
