The photos don’t do this house justice - it is even more beautiful than they suggest, if you can believe it. The house is tucked into a quiet valley with a gorgeous view, only 5 minutes drive from a number of beaches. It’s comfortably designed with lovely quirks and has everything you need. Can’t recommend enough!

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 littlies stayed at Ahara house for a long weekend getaway! Was like a wellness retreat! Sauna & plunge pool were well used! Beautiful area to walk in, playground close by for toddler….Ineka gave plenty of great recommendations for walks & eating spots! Living area perfect for family gatherings & board games played into the wee morning hours!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

6 friends enjoying an annual getaway found Anna’s fabulous home the perfect place to escape for the weekend. Beautifully appointed, comfortable & very tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your getaway special. The landscaping and pool were a bonus and the proximity to the beach wonderful. The guesthouse is really amazing. So spacious, lovely living area, huge deck with views over the bush and bellbirds singing. The pool and spa were really great. So many bedrooms and a large playroom which was great for the kids. Would recommend for large groups or families. The only challenge for us was the unfenced dam which posed a bit of a hazard for younger children.

We loved the house, the facilities, and the beautiful setting of Carla’s place. Our family of three generations came together from around Australasia, and it worked so well for all of us. The six bedrooms and four bathrooms made sharing the space easy and comfortable. The indoor living area is spacious, and when combined with the outdoor spaces, it made hosting a large group effortless. This is definitely one of the best places I have ever hired.

recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely private house, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The house was beautifully maintained—clean, cozy, and exactly as described (if not better!). The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made the entire experience seamless. They were responsive, respectful of privacy, and even left a few thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The location was peaceful and convenient, perfect for relaxing yet close enough to everything I needed. Whether I was enjoying coffee on the porch in the morning or winding down in the comfortable living space at night, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Mona’s place is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind. The Sauna and ice bath were a hit and we loved that we were so close to the beach. We didn’t need to go shopping for essentials as Mona provided much more than we expected. The place was also sparkling clean so I can highly recommend it.

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Nathan and Joanne were very responsive and made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for a restful and nourishing getaway. Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to take a NDIS participant for respite whilst keeping their daily routine and building life skills this little flat is perfect. Would not reccomend for Participants with mobility issues. It melted my heart when my participant said "I can see myself living in a place like this". Linen was clean, towels were Sheridan and kitchen had all the appliances to make home cooked meals. the private patio was a bonus to watch the birds in the morning. Location near Erina fair or Bateau bay square. So easily could buy supplies. Definitely coming back again.

We were a group of 13 friends on a getaway weekend from Sydney and had such an amazing time staying at Lisa’s house. We will definitely be back!

what an absolutely beautiful home. from the moment I booked with Glenyss, it was an extremely smooth and easy experience. she is super attentive. upon arrival she had a welcome basket, which was amazing. the girls really enjoyed that extra gesture. house was clean. location was stunning. I can't rave enough about the place.

Amazing stay! Tony was so accomodating and even allowed us to check in early and offered a later check out. The views from the home are breathtaking and although it was too cold to use the pool we made full use of the hot tub which gets heated! The location is also fantastic, there is a special walkway all the way down to the beach, and the coffee shops are only a few minutes drive. Great stay, thank you so much!
