Cosy cottage has been fully refurbished in 2023 to a very high standard to give a first class experience to guests in the heart of the village, in a quiet location. The cottage is a few minutes walk from 2 great pub /restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store. Bus stop to Glasgow and neighbouring villages is also a few minutes. The location is great for Glasgow airport only 7 miles, loch Lomond is 20 miles away and the ferries on the coast are only 15 miles away that go to many islands.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Entire ground floor flat in Kilchattan Bay

Our small, ground floor, one bedroom flat is situated off the main road in the seaside village of Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute. As a family we have been coming on holiday here all our lives and welcome you to use our holiday home. The island is a really lovely place with plenty to explore and do, the house itself features a double bed and bunk bed to the rear and to the front you have a kitchen/living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. On street parking is never a problem.

The property has 2 living areas and one can be configured as a big double bedroom, please let me know when booking how you want it to be set up. There is a king size in the main bedroom and bunks in the other. A Victorian flat with some original features. A gateway to Arran, Ayrshire and beyond . 2 beaches are a 15 minute walk. Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.
