Beachfront holiday rentals in North Beach

This is an excellent house in an excellent location of the northern KZN coast. Beach is a small stroll away and the house is designed in a very functional way, with a big common area but very private bedrooms. One of my best finds on AirBnB.

A beautiful, spacious beach home with gorgeous views and an unspoilt beach. Right on the beach & with easy access to the beach. Secure complex. We’ll definitely be back!

The house has amazing ocean views and the sound of the waves was a beautiful background to our stay. A few steps from the beach, we had a wonderful time.

What can I say except WOW! Started off the day watching the sun rise over the ocean while enjoys a wonderful cup of tea on the two chairs dedicated to Nono and Maxime. We could then walk down to Thompson Bay beach directly from the garden. When a day in the waves was over, a short walk up the steps to the outdoor shower by the pool for a quick dip then a quick braai on the amazing stainless steel braai by the pool. To end it all, going to sleep with the doors open listening to the waves crashing all night! And in the morning, Elizabeth was there to sort out our messy dishes and Russel washed off all the kids beach toys…. I can’t recommend the place enough and hope to be back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Stay We’ll Never Forget! This was hands down one of the most incredible places we’ve ever stayed! From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. The views? Absolutely to die for. Waking up to the most breathtaking sunrises and dolphin sightings—it honestly felt like a slice of paradise. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our host. She went above and beyond every single day—bringing us fresh coffee each morning (yes, really!), aand treating us with such genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It felt less like staying at an Airbnb and more like being welcomed into someone's lovingly cared-for haven. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one? It’s something special. It’s the kind of place you start planning your return to before you've even left. Can’t recommend it highly enough—we'll absolutely be back 💃

Douglas our host is fabulous, always a message away alongside Thulani our caretaker who lives on site while maintaining privacy for us guests. The facilities are more than perfect for us three adults and we slept like babies. Book the house and you will be blown away. Thank you for having us, we will come back again.

Thank you Chad for a great stay ! The location of your home is perfect and the views from the house overlooking the sea and lagoon are spectacular. It was very peaceful sitting on the deck watching the sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped but lacking a dishwasher. Overall a great experience !

It was our second visit to Matt&Nadine’s place and once again everything was excellent. You can’t find a better spot and more comfortable unit. The location is magical and so easy if you are travelling with a family. We will definately be back. Thank you Matt&Nadine, you go above and beyond.

We had an absolutely wonderful three days in Kathy’s place. The photos don’t do the place justice. The views are incredible… we chose staying in and enjoying the views over eating out. The beds and furniture are so comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and Kathy was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the peace we felt in her home and will undoubtedly be back soon. Highly highly recommend!!

Our stay (Family of 5 adults) was everything we hoped it would be. The place is gorgeous, kitted out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including some extra goodies on arrival. The home itself is stunning, we now are saving to redo our bathroom inspired bu the bathrooms here! This is an airbnb that we will definitely be returning to! the location is quiet and peaceful, with lots of Monkeys nearby but not close enough to bother us! They nearby beaches were private and quiet, they felt like they were our own! We have nothing but appreciation and gratitude for the host for allowing us to really have a home away from home experience, and can't wait to come back again!

I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.

Nicely laid out space for a group-share: four independent rooms, each with an en suite full bathroom. Proximity to beach is excellent. The condo is outfitted with everything you'd need--from kitchen gear to beach towels, etc. We were a group of seven attending a wedding and had a great time in the space. Trish was also very helpful: when one guest forgot his passport in the condo, she was quick to let us back into the space well after checkout. I would recommend Trish's place for anyone looking for a fun pad to connect with family and friends, beachside.

Beautiful home where the ocean wakes you and puts you to bed. Security was very good. Easily accessible and close to all amenities. Host was very responsive and assisted quickly.

The place is great. Ideal location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Incredible view of the ocean. Very central. Well decorated and structured as well. Host Kale is also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering helpful tips and making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Absolutely Outstanding Stay. Better Than We Could Have Imagined! While searching for accommodation in the Ballito area for my family, I had a few options within the same price range, but I’m so glad I trusted my gut and booked this one! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Traveling with a 9 month old can be tricky, but they had us covered, there was a baby cot, high chair, and all the little touches that made our stay so much easier and more comfortable The unit itself? Spotless, stylish, and in the perfect location. The views are breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean was just what we needed to relax and reset. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and every detail in the home felt intentional and well thought out. Oh, and the pillows? Absolute cloud-nine comfort I can’t recommend this place highly enough
