I live in the front of the home and your self contained guest suite is at the rear of the home. You can have complete privacy. I usually introduce myself during your stay. Good Free Wifi.

Location! Fresh , stylish and comfortable self contained 1 bedroom studio located on main road in the heart of the harbour. Stroll down the jetty strip and grab a coffee or dine at the many great restaurants! Jetty theatre less then 100metres. Great walking and bicycle paths all around the coastline. Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.

Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings.
