Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

Scrupulously clean and equipped with many thoughtful touches, Ikhaya is situated in a leafy heritage garden suburb on the 200 bus route 15 min from the CBD. There are dog friendly parks, trendy coffee shops & take-away restaurants close by. It's a good base for visiting Kangaroo Island, exploring wineries, beaches or quaint villages like Hahndorf & Lobethal. Festvals, TDU, Gather Round. Separate studio next to owner's home. Free street parking. Improved kitchen facilities with a new fridge/freezer increasing ease of self catering and, with the microwave in the cupboard, effectively increased bench space for food prep. Small self contained modern unit with own patio entrance, attached to a private house. Large Bedroom, king bed with en-suite bathroom and separate kitchenette/lounge/outdoor patio. Quiet but convenient location close to Brighton beach. 10 mins walk to Brighton's 'vibrant' Jetty Road. Close to Hove railway station for access to the city of Adelaide which takes 21 minutes by train. Walking distance from the State Aquatic centre or 2 stops on the train. You will love the convenience of this place.
