This is a 1-room studio in a very safe part of Raleigh, Oakwood which has some renown. We are also about 250 yards from the governors mansion, and there is little crime in this area. We also have many amenities that are close by, including 2-restaurants that are run by a 5-star chef. We also have the Burning Coal theater directly across the street from us. They seem to have plays and various events happening three or four times a month. People say it's some of the best local theater in the State

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

Fridge is stocked with sodas, water, coffee and whatever you need for your visit. *Note that I live in the house above the unit. I do my best to keep the noise down*
