This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We're a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Person St. and Seaboard Station. We're also 15 minutes walk to downtown

This is a 1-room studio near downtown Raleigh, close to many good eateries. We are set-up as a 2-nite short term business model, however if you would like to stay longer, we would charge an additional $50 per nite on top of the stated nightly fee. So if you booked 5 nites, we would be adding $50 a nite, or $150 for those extra 3-nites. We will however provide a clean-up and fresh towels for you if you'd like. We can work this extra fee out at time of your booking or when arrival with Airbnb.
