A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Vicky’s place was the perfect base for everything we wanted to do in Fremantle. The place is cosy and comfortable. Great restaurants and shops are just around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay a d felt lucky to find this gem!

Perfect location, close to really nice bars and cafes. Easy for public transport and great value!

Parking is very secure. Few gates to go through. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Place is cozy and homey. There's 2 toilets (plus point!). Beautiful balcony view to Fremantle Harbour. Very good size for 3 of us. Kitchen is well equipped. It's near the road, and train tracks. Some noise, but not bothersome.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless—super clean and well looked after. One of the standout features was the central air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and the living area, which kept the whole place comfortable throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Fremantle Markets and lots of other local shops and eateries. It was so convenient to pop over, pick up some fresh food or treats, and head back to enjoy them in comfort. The home was also stocked with high-quality amenities that really made a difference—everything felt thoughtfully set up, from the kitchen essentials to the overall layout and decor. A well-located, well-appointed stay that made exploring Fremantle easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Claire was an awesome host from start to finish. She also would send cleaners in at times when I’m not at the property to ensure I come back to a clean stay which is something I really appreciated ! Would recommend without a doubt

Staying here was a great experience for my family and me. The accommodation was exactly as described, and looked like the pictures on the posting. It is nested in a quiet and affluent neighbourhood, with a nice cafe just down the street. The branded appliances (smeg, borsh, buster & punch, etc) and designer lamps are a really nice touch that we appreciated. The interior design is what my dream house would look like, and the skylight in the toilets is the cherry on top. It is a dream to stay in such a big and nice house. We felt right at home. We took longer to find the house because we arrived when the sky was completely dark. It’s a 2 min drive from the house to Fremantle Market. There is a nice dog cafe called Amante & Co Coffee that is 3 min on foot. The dishwasher made it very easy for us to clean up after cooking. Justine & Lan were also quick to respond to our messages and requests. We would want to stay here again when we come to Perth with our extended family!

10/10 recommend staying at this air bnb. Ashley was very transparent and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process of booking and staying at the home. A quiet street, close to the centre of town. The home is in a great location, either walk or a short drive to be in the heart of it all. We had a 2 year old with us and the home was baby/toddler friendly with a cot assembled on arrival and also a high chair for us to use. Thank you Ashley for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Stay was great with the necessary amenities. Although kitchen stuff needs to be replaced as the pans are very used and no longer anti stick. Suggest for replacement already as it made cooking a tad more difficult. Would be good if they can have more plastic bowls and plates for the kids. Host gave some chocolates biscuits and bottled mineral water in fridge, handwritten card which was a very nice gesture. Walkable distance to Fremantle stretch area to the famous yo-chi froyo which is very convenient and our big 12seater van can park inside the house. Overall, great location and kids had a great time sleeping on the bunk beds.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Silver Street Studios. Judy was super helpful and made us the sweetest food basket upon arrival. The house was very clean and spacious with an artistic vibe. There are many cafes and restaurants within 100-500m of the house as well. The beaches nearby are stunning also. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)
