Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. La propriété dispose d'un superbe lac privé avec quai, kayaks, paddleboard et un radeau/ilôt flottant au milieu. Des sentiers entourent le lac, idéal pour ski de fond, raquette, hiking.
