Our guests also gain access to Johnsons' Beach, a private residents only beach, located just around the corner from the home(4min walk/900ft)

The beautiful "School House" sits in the heart of Westville, New Haven's most artsy and eclectic neighborhood. The "School House" is a 15 minute walk to the Westville Concert bowl, and the Yale Football stadium for an easy commute to a concert or game. Just a one minute walk to the center of Westville you will find Lotta's artist studio, Bella's restaurant, RAWA, Pistachio Coffee and Manjares Tapas & Wine, as well as the famous Camacho Garage restaurant amongst other attractions.

Large beautiful secluded studio with a private entry and private bath. Includes comfy queen size bed, futon sofa bed, free wifi, large smart TV with tons of movies, eat-in table for 4, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, toaster, closet w/ iron, and your own dedicated room temperature controls. Located in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood, the studio is attached to a split level house and located in the back on the lower level. It overlooks beautiful woodlands.

ENJOY DAILY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED WITH minimum two night stay. Experience a cozy stay in our spacious 1300 square foot unit with included breakfast. Choose from muffins, bagels, bars and yogurt. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a cup of Java from your own Keurig. This unit features a comfy red electric red reclining couches and a flat screen TV. The kitchen area is equipped with a toaster microwave convection oven and fridge.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
