Holiday rentals with a patio in North Kirra Beach

Steph and Micko are the best hosts! Very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The home was also very clean and a short walk to restaurants, cafes and shops. Would definitely stay there again!

We had the most amazing stay for our event. The photos don’t do the unit justice it was immaculate, we were very impressed and relaxed in this space.

Taree is a great host, she was always responsive and provided great support with every little detail making our stay a great experience. The place is pristine, greatly located, nice views and excellent cafes/ restaurants a few meters away, for sure one of those destinations that we look forward returning and recommending. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Self check in was easy to access, apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Amenities in the hotel building were lovely; pool, spa, sauna and gym. The location was perfect, close to endless cafes, activities and the beach. No parking available on site however ample overnight parking available at Bruce Bishop Carpark less than 5 minute walk away and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!

Outstanding apartment with stunning views over Kirra Beach. The apartment was easy to find, with clear instructions of how to access, spotless clean, bright and sunny. Thank you to Eco Time, highly recommend and hopefully will return in the near future.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views from every room including the bathroom. Best location in Broadbeach, on Oracle Blvd with top restaurants, eateries, shops & supermarket right on your doorstep & the beach across the road.

Exceptional view and location. Apartment is modern and clean and spacious with fabulous facilities available for guests including spa, sauna and pool. We have stayed in this building before on a previous holiday and loved it so much we had to come back.

Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

Sam's place was an amazing stay in Springbrook. cosy, quaint with all the amenities one needs. the outdoor fireplace was awesome and once you step in you know Jaime and Sam exude hospitality in how everything is arranged at the place. would def return a 2nd time!

Kristy’s place was perfect for us. Great friendly and communicative host and beautiful modern home , so well appointed and super clean. Will look for this place again when we’re in the area.

Brads place was lovely with gorgeous ocean views. It was easy walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. The bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. We would definitely stay again!

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

Julie was extremely helpful and made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free I don’t want to give a good review as everyone else will want to stay here and I want to keep this place just for me and my family If I could give them 6 stars I would Will be back

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Di and Nick’s place was perfect. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
