Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Las Vegas

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

This is an awesome place to stay off the strip in Vegas, but close enough to take in the amenities. Quiet room, clean, and well designed. Would stay here again!

Nel was such a gracious host who was quick and responding to all questions. Also checking directly to ensure we entered and exited the home okay. The house is massive, comfortable and has plenty of space to spread out. Lots of things to do within which made for a nice relaxing morning/afternoon in. The arcade, foosball and pickle ball court was a plus. While the pool offered a place to escape to high temps. Would recommend Nel and home over and over again.

Felt like home it was amazing!

Felt right at home. Not to far from the strip and places to eat. Has great entertainment for our family. Free of clutter and nice and clean. My family enjoyed every moment there.

The property was very nice and exactly what we were looking for. We were in Vegas to see family and the pool/spa was perfect for the kids and grandkids. Skylar was very responsive when we wanted to use the spa. The yard is very nicely done. The house was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely mark this property for next time.

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

This property was amazing and the host was nice and communicated well. The property was so spacious and beautiful the two balconies had amazing views and the vibe was outstanding!!! I will deff stay here again when visiting Las Vegas!!!!!

Apartment was very clean and quite spacious. Very easy to get anywhere on the West side of Las Vegas and an easy commute to both the Strip and Henderson because of the freeway access nearby. Would recommend.

Don’t hesitate to book! It’s an amazing location right next to the sphere and close to the middle of the strip! The resort is well taken care of and very private! The pools are relaxing and very well maintained! Came for EDC Weekend and the jacuzzi was a game changer and the best part was that it was never full! Parking is very easy and the room was as described! Slept 3 comfortable and when we needed anything the staff at the resort were helpful. Randy was very communicative and made sure my check in was smooth!

Had a great stay here over the weekend! The place was super convenient and easy to get to, very clean, and the AC worked great—huge plus with the heat. The host was really friendly and made everything simple and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

We enjoy our stay at this place. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Its close to everything. I recommend this place if you guys go to vegas one day. We will definitely book this place again when we go to vegas again. The pool was incredible too. Pretty big house for a large group.
