Eric was warm, gracious and welcoming. Went the extra effort to assure our comfort and satisfaction. Property is very well appointed and convenient to all amenities. Highly recommended to discerning guests!

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

Very comfortable casita and Mark was a great host.

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

Marianne’s place was so so cozy and great for me and my lady, we visited this beautiful home for a birthday trip for the girlfriend and it was amazing, the hospitality and responsiveness for Mel and Marianne was amazing, and they even went out of there way to provide a humidifier for the place, the pool and canopy were perfect and beautiful, just what we imagined and the hammock was to die for, but truly the amount of comfort that you will feel from this place is unmatched and it truly will become your casita away from home, despite the kitchen being a induction burner and a Nuwave microwave oven it is the perfect amount of space you need to make a delicious meal for two. P.S the Nuwave microwave oven cooks some perfect bacon! :)

Loved the ranch and the horses at this stay. Was there for only one night and was definitely worth the price I paid. Very easy check in and responsive hosts.

Shad and Christy, Were responsive, helpful, and the placed was clean and matched the description. It was a nice place nearby a friends house that I was visiting that weekend. Would like to rent it again next visiting my friend and his family in Phoenix.

Listing as described and very easy to locate and get into. We really enjoyed having access to Netflix. Everything was nice and quiet as well. I would stay again!

I've stayed here twice now, and Michael and Chris are wonderful! The place is cozy, clean, and perfect. I love sitting on the back porch watching and listening to all the birds with no other noise or busyness to look at. Great getaway spot!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was out of this world comfortable. Best nights sleep in forever. Nice outdoor sitting area. Hearing the birds in the morning was so lovely. Place was also stocked with so many amenities.. wine glasses, coffee cups, plates, etc.. whatever extra things that are super nice to have when staying in an Airbnb. Great shower as well. And phenomenal value. Would 1000% stay again! Also.. very friendly hosts which is such a plus!!

Our family had a wonderful stay w/Angela & Jason. They were communicative, friendly, & let us know we had the option of an early check-in. Their place was easy to find, check into, & even had yummy welcome snacks & a bottle of wine waiting. They also have an orange tree w/tasty oranges. Our 4-year-old excitedly gathered the couple that fell off the tree every night we came back. Their place probably had the best amenities of anywhere we've ever stayed!!! Anything a guest may have forgotten (razors, feminine products, etc.) were provided. There is plenty of storage space to keep your belongings, something that's not always thought of @ other places. There is also a cute park directly behind the house that was a short walk. We were able to meet up with family who live nearby & the kiddos had a great time playing. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again!

Adeelah was very informative about the area that it was located and how to get there, they were super responsive even at late times of the day. The airbnb was clean and much bigger than we were expecting which was a plus. Everything was clean and the rooms were very low temperature. It helped a bunch during the hotter days in AZ. The bathroom was very clean and the tub was really spacious. When we had questions about something, Adeelah made sure to respond ASAP which was wonderful. We would reserve this AirBNB again if we chose to come back and visit the state once more.

We had a great stay made even better by our detail oriented host. The welcoming material was a plus so we got started right away on our vacation. I highly recommend this stay!!

Perfect size Airbnb for a quick couples getaway. Plenty of quality amenities. The pool was FABULOUS, I could've stayed out there all day. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, lots of cafes, restaurants, and vintage shopping within walking distance if you're willing to brave the heat. We had a fantastic stay at Mike & Betty's Tranquil Desert guest house. The house and grounds were immaculate! They are both very accommodating and so friendly. Really appreciate Alessandro’s kind and communicative style. The home is beautiful and spacious. I loved that my room while it felt homey was set up with amenities like a hotel would provide. Pool towels, bath towels, a hair dryer, a nice tv and working fan on the ceiling. Beautiful decor and surroundings. My room had an exterior door with a key I could easily come and go from without having to use main entrance! The pool was amazing too, and their backyard is so cool it’s like a jungle in the desert! Felt like an oasis. I would stay here again. It is important to note though there is another room across the hall that’s listed too, so you may be sharing the common spaces with another guest, and there may be noise associated with those guests. Amazing hosts though and home! Thank you Alessandro and Jayson!

The Casita was perfect our two-week stay in Tempe. It was close to our son there, yet within 15 minutes of Phoenix and Scottsdale. We did not want to cook in the Casita but rather at our son's. I don't remember if we were told that there is no rangetop or oven. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and grill outside. It is a perfect spot for two people who want a place to crash after long days. The best part of the casita is the bathroom shower. It is so strong and has all the hot water you could ever want! We met Samantha while staying there. Perfectly charming and a wonderful hostess. Barbara Walsh

We stayed at Jessica’s place while visiting Mesa for a family wedding. She was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked seeing the goats who live in the backyard! Check in was very easy and we had complete privacy the whole time. We had a designated parking spot on the property right near the entrance to the suite. Convenient location about 15 minutes from the airport and close to shopping and restaurants. I recommend 100 percent!!

Cute and cozy home! This was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It was close to many restaurants and all the furniture was comfy. A lot of great amenities given that it's a studio. I would stay here again!
