The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. Ski bus goes to Ruka from very near of the house ( 50 metres). The supermarket is located 100 metres of the house. There is a cross-country ski run very near ( 100 m) as well possibility to ice-skate.
