A 100-year-old rebuilt log sauna cabin in the tranquility of the countryside. A good night's sleep is guaranteed by a futon mattress and the opportunity to enjoy the sauna in the warmth of the wood stove while admiring the lake from the landscape window, in the summer you swim in the clean-watered lake, in the winter you jump into a refreshing ice hole. You wash with water heated with a traditional bucket. The needs are done in the outdoor toilet. There is no rush here, but the rest of the world is forgotten. Still, only a half-hour drive from the city's services.

Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Ranta-Mäntylä sijaitsee kauniin ja kalaisan järven (Kallavesi) rannalla, luonnon helmassa, kotimme pihapiirissä, vain 25 min ajomatkan päässä kaupungeista Kuopio ja Leppävirta. Kohteeseen kuuluu kaksi rakennusta. Lämmitetyssä mökissä majoittuu mukavasti kaksi henkilöä. Nukkuma-aitassa on kesäaikana nukkumapaikat kahdelle. Majoittujien käytössä on grilli, sup-lauta ja soutuvene. Kylpytynnyrin käytöstä lisämaksu. Varaathan kylpytynnyrin etukäteen.

Tässä majoituksessa on henkäisevän kaunis järvimaisema ja luonnonrauha. Talo on vanha, mutta tämä paikka on jotain uniikkia. Talon sisäpinnat ovat perus siistit ja tarjolla mukava ja leppoisa yösija.Kohde sopii mainiosti pienelle perheelle, työmatkaajille sekä kaveriporukalle. Kohde ei ole luxus mutta tässä talossa on jotain erittäin ainutlaatuista. Tallossa on pieni sisäsuihku ja vessa. Järven läheisyydestä löytyy pieni rantasauna. Huomioithan että rinne rantaan on melko jyrkkä.
