Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Scottsdale

Our group of 11 girls had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, easily accommodating us all, with stunning, high-end finishes and impeccable cleanliness. The host was super responsive, promptly addressing our two questions. The surroundings were serene, quiet, and breathtaking, making the property a peaceful retreat. We recommend renting a car, as Ubers are hard to come by. Roughly 10-15 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars, and an hour from PHX airport. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Perfect home for our family of 6! Bedrooms each having their own bathroom and balcony was a huge plus! Beautiful home inside and out. Watching the sunrise poolside is something we’ll never forget. Pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. The home itself had comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of kitchen items, amazing natural light, and just made us feel at home. Having restaurants and grocery stores within minutes was awesome. We’ve stayed all over AZ, but Fountain Hills and this home is probably our favorite yet. May not be walkable for some, as it is a pretty steep walk to town, but having the option was a plus. Would stay at this property or any of Jeff’s properties if he has others. We absolutely loved it!

Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at this Airbnb! The house was packed with fun activities, from the awesome game room to the incredible backyard featuring both miniature golf and a sparkling pool. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, offering plenty of space to spread out while also providing wonderful gathering areas. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep. We especially loved the spacious dining room table, where we enjoyed many memorable family meals together. The backyard barbecue area made it super easy to grill up our favorite dishes. Plus, the location right off the 101 freeway was a huge convenience, making it effortless to explore and get to all the places we wanted to visit. We highly recommend this Airbnb for any family looking for a fun and comfortable getaway!

We had an amazing week at this Airbnb! The space was perfect for our family (5 adults / 1 infant) offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions (and great golf!!!) in a peaceful neighborhood that allowed for a quiet and relaxing stay. The house was well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen / outdoor grill was especially well equipped and allowed us to cook “family meals” several days. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It was spacious, clean, and absolutely fantastic for the whole family to enjoy. We all appreciated the peaceful ambiance around the pool area. This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more, offering the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation. We utilized the neighborhood tennis courts (walkable). They were in great shape. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house. It felt like a retreat out in the desert. Not super close to Scottsdale but if you’re looking for a spacious house with an amazing pool, I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Great place for a family as it was my husband and two children that stayed the night. Decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. Kathy was very responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd time staying at Aaron's beautiful property when I come to Scottsdale. There is a reason why my 1st choice is this home as the communication with Aaron is always great and the home is perfectly maintained, clean and ample space for when I want to spend a night in. With the new DraftKings Sports Bar next door (walking distance), this place is even more ideal after business meetings or a round of golf at the TPC (next door as well). I highly recommend this place if you have the good fortunate to book (when available) as there isn't anything I would change - the bed is incredibly comfortable and the AC through out the home makes it very comfortable during the AZ heat. I've never had any issues with hot water (for showers or using the tub) and the area is extremely quite and you will always have a great nights rest. Thank you, Aaron and look forward to my next stay in Scottsdale.

This worked perfectly for our trip to Phoenix. My daughter and I and the grandkids had a blast playing in the pool. Too many conveniences were in the condo to list. The community was beautiful and quiet, everyone we talked to was very pleasant.

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

We stayed here with a bunch of guys for a bachelor party, and it was such a blast. The pool, the gameroom, and the yard were fantastic for all of us to hang out at the house. The house was extremely clean and they had a kitchen so stocked that we were able to save on groceries. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

We had the best time at Barbara’s house. We had 14 people and we had plenty of space. The pool, Jacuzzi and putting green was a huge hit & the pool table was fun when we needed a break from the sun. The house is big and clean and the beds are very comfortable! The location is great, everything you need is close by. We would definitely come back!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!
