Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Wall, Dublin

Great place to stay in Dublin. I had family members visiting Ireland and we had a fantastic time at Maire’s place. Her house is spotless, very spacious and extremely comfortable, in a very safe suburb of Dublin. There’s a shopping mall a few minutes walk away and a tram taking you directly to the city center. I highly recommend this place and Maire has been a fantastic host, communicating very easily and making sure everything was perfect for us.

The house fitted our needs - very clean and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to Sutton DART station !

We loved this home. This little seaside village is an adorable part of Dublin! It’s lovely to stroll the walkways and green spaces along the sea and there are bikes available at the rental! We loved all the little shops, pubs and cafes from Blackrock to Dalkey.Our 4 year old was able to burn off some jet lag on the scooter, swing and on the slide. I wish the rain had held off a bit to enjoy it all more but we did appreciate the amenities for children. There were puzzles, books and stools exactly where you want them when you have a small child. The only inconvenience was that 90% of bedroom closet, kitchen/bathroom cabinet space was unusable. They were either locked or filled to the brim with owner’s personal belongings. We were staying for 5days but traveling for 5wks so it didn’t allow us to unpack comfortably. There was nowhere available to put our toiletries in the bathroom so had to live out of the suitcase quite a bit …not the end of the world- otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

We spent a few days here and enjoyed our stay. Julia and Ionela were very responsive and helpful. Their was plenty of seating in the living room and the kitchen for the number of people in our party, which was nice. We loved the dog across the street which seemed to be to cutest neighborhood watch you have ever seen.

We were in Skerries for a Family gathering and Richie's place was perfect for our stay. Clean rooms and kitchen lots of space and a small court yard for breakfast. Although we didn't have a car there is a parking space right outside the property which is great as parking in Skerries can be difficult. But the best part of Richie's place is the location right in the centre of the Town I would highly recommend staying there.

We had a lovely 3nights stay here. Everything was as described. Simon was great! So friendly & helpful! The kids and ourselves loved the ping pong game, found in a box of board games and quizzes! And my daughter loved the swing! Me & my son loved sitting in the corner of the garden in the mornings and enjoy a coffee. Would def recommend Simon & his home 😁

Aoife was a very pleasant and accommodating host! She sent messages prior to check in with helpful suggestions and information. The townhome is well situated to Dublin, easy walk or very quick drive to grocery and other stores, lovely backyard with a vibrant bird life, comfy beds!

Had a nice stay at Kevin’s apartment. Everything was as described and it was easy to reach out to Kevin.

A lot of foot traffic late at night which made it a bit noisy. But overall, not a bad place to stay.

Brian's place was a gem in Dublin. It's located in the waterfront area, which seems to be more of a business/office space separated from the downtown pub and restaurant scene. This means it's about 20 minutes' walk to the pubs and historical/tourist area, which may be a con depending on your perspective. Only other con is that parking is challenging, but there's a garage nearby where you can park for ~30 EUR / day (average for the area). Pros: beautiful location, cafe and Tesco located very closely. Apartment was private, quiet, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Coffee and tea provided. Shower is provided with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Brian as a host was very friendly, highly responsive, and provided flexible checking and even gave some great recommendations for the area. Fantastic host and would recommend him and this location to others.

We had a great stay at Siobhan's place: quiet neighbourhood, superb flowers and bushes in people's gardens, 5-min walk to the bus stop for the city centre, quality cafe (Fothergills) and groceries for all tastes and pockets (GoGreen and Tesco Express). Re: apartment - spacious, comfy living room, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances in working order. Thank you, Siobhan, for the welcome package (i.e. breakfast) and for the smooth communication before, during and after check-in. NB. To avoid ambiguity, the address of the apt. on the Airbnb page (6 Cowper ROAD) needs to be coordinated with that in the Instructions folder (Cowper Downs/Village).

This place was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay! We were within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was quiet at night!

We were super happy with this place. Nice small apartment in a very good location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Dublin. It was also very welcoming in the apartment cause there was milk and we could make ourselves a coffee when we arrived, there was soap, shower gel, and other things in the bathroom you might need. This was very appreciated. You could hear cars and the church bell ringing but living that close to everything is hard to get it really quiet. Loved it!

What a wonderful location and a responsive host. The instructions for finding and getting into the place were perfect. I really appreciated the video. The location is amazing, and you can walk to most of the best sites in Dublin right from that spot. We also had plenty to choose from when it came to eating, and the touristy Celtic Nights show is a few doors down and honestly a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this location and host!

This apartment was perfect for our group of four. We were able to walk to most destinations. It was very clean and comfortable. Would readily recommend to others.

Apartment was fine and well outfitted. Location was great and my fault for not noticing that it is on M1 highway coming into town so does have a fair amount of street noise/traffic all the time. The tradeoff for ideal location was worth it. Had everything one coud need, Thank you.

Absolute perfection! Liam thought of every detail to make the stay perfect. It is the best location and super clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was super equipped. I can’t wait to come back.

Location is great! Very short walk to the train station which takes you right into Dublin and a shopping centre with supermarket basically next door. The apartment was comfortable, clean and perfect. Easy to get to and has all the facilities you’d need for your stay.

Thank you Stephanie for being a perfect host and spending time with us on the first day to orient us etc! It was really appreciated. The place was small, bright, quaint and had a great location. It met our needs! We would stay here again.

The place was perfect location from the airport and short distance by cab to restaurants in Swords. We highly recommend The Old Schoolhouse pub..fantastic food and service. Phil’s place was pristine and beautiful furnishings. Very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location close to Temple bar, but far enough away that you are in a quieter neighborhood.

Sean was great to work with - made arrival very easy and seamless. Very hospitable! Location worked well for our family.
