I offer venetian-styled triple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. Checkin is from 15-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included and has to be paid in cash at checkin.

The Pini room, located in San Pietro di Cadore, offers 25 sqm of space and can accommodate up to 3 people. During your stay, you have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom at your disposal. The bathroom, reserved exclusively for guests of the Pini room, is located outside the room and can be reached by crossing a hallway shared with other guests. S'Gmiatli means the cozy one, newly renovated in 2015, a cozy little mountain hut, south facing , approx. 25 m² The studio is equipped with a living/sleeping room with kitchen (coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave), shower and toilet in an extra room, small balcony, wooden bed and floor, HD - Flatscreen-TV, radio and hairdryer. Have a look out of the window and watch people skiing
