Two-family apartment with private garden and private parking-place. On the groundfloor there is a living-room with cooking coin and sofa bed for two people, a bathroom. On the first floor a room with doublebed and bunkbed, another room with two single bed, another bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. Apartment reserved for families, groups of young people are not accepted. No pets allowed.

Gerlosblick family apartment

This family room is equipped with a living / bedroom with shower / WC / TV and direct access to the terrace. In this living room there is also a kitchenette with its own dining area. The children's room has a comfortable bunk bed (lying area once 200x160 cm and once 200x90 cm), shower / WC / TV and direct access to the terrace. Breakfast on request and if possible, otherwise this accommodation can only be offered without meals for 2-5 persons.

Venetian-style triple room with ensuite bathroom

I offer venetian-styled triple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. Checkin is from 15-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included and has to be paid in cash at checkin.

Room Pini

The Pini room, located in San Pietro di Cadore, offers 25 sqm of space and can accommodate up to 3 people. During your stay, you have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom at your disposal. The bathroom, reserved exclusively for guests of the Pini room, is located outside the room and can be reached by crossing a hallway shared with other guests. The room has internal access via three steps, a private TV, and a balcony with mountain views.

S'Gmiatli means the cozy one, newly renovated in 2015, a cozy little mountain hut, south facing , approx. 25 m² The studio is equipped with a living/sleeping room with kitchen (coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave), shower and toilet in an extra room, small balcony, wooden bed and floor, HD - Flatscreen-TV, radio and hairdryer.
