The apartment lies under the Mátra mountain, it has a big garden and a separated entrance. The house and the neighborhood has a friendly atmosphere as nature surrounds the whole village. With the apartment we provide bicycles so you can explore the beautiful Mátra. The guests can always reach out to me if they need a tip for local food or what to see nearby.

The flat is fully equipped to suit your everyday needs. It is 63 sqm, close to the heart of the Buda side, but in a peaceful area. All attractions such as the Parliament, the Margaret Island, and the downtown area are within 15 mins. It is easy to approach the downtown by bus from our place to Jászai Mari tér where you can change to tram number 2. We'll do our best to make your stay as amazing as possible. You can grill in the garden, play ping pong, watch the stars, go on nice hikes in the area, do sports, hike, kayak, or just enjoy the closeness of nature. We recommend the cottage primarily to hiking and nature lovers. :) Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Chestnut, guesthouse in the Danube Bend

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. It is situated in a central location, with the Castle, Dobó square, and the Turkish baths all reachable in a few minutes of walking. There is a local Tourist Tax of 450 Hungarian Forints/adult/night that is not included in the pricing, you need to pay this when checking in.
