Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Northside

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

Great views! Emily was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and accommodating for a group of 6.

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

Mark was a fantastic host. We felt very welcome from the start, and Mark was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The property is beautiful and very unique - be prepared for birds, frogs, and unique plants! Would highly recommend!

This home was exactly what we needed for our group of seven (five adults and two children). Everyone had their own space and we were able to come together in the large living room and cook several meals together. The home was as beautiful as it is in the pictures and the views are amazing. The home had all of the amenities that were described and then some; there are games and toys for the kids too. We were informed that the oven was non-functional at the time we arrived and they were in the process of fixing it but this was not a problem for our stay. There is a remote-operated gate at the end of the driveway that made the place feel so secure. There is a home binder that describes many things we needed to know for our stay; I recommend reading this at the start of your stay. Marina, our host, communicated with us before and upon our arrival. I would stay here again!

Dionne’s spot was awesome. It was close proximity to any area on the island and easy to find. The view of the harbor was absolutely out of this world and we enjoyed watching storms roll in. The kitchen is well equipped and each room is stocked with towels. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return to Dionne’s! The symphony of frogs singing each night was the icing on the cake.

The Airbnb and The host Ja were amazing! It was our last day in St Thomas and woke up to banging on the doors and gun shots at 1am-2am i had three children in the home and had to get them away from all the windows. Be aware of your surroundings.

Michael and Jenny were above and beyond the best hosts we have had from AirBnB. From the beautiful location, amazing recommendations, and easy going demeanor you couldn’t ask for more. Everything about the description is accurate and you can expect the view to be even better in person. They also provided a detailed cottage guide that clearly stated guest expectations and provided amazing recommendations for beaches/restaurants/groceries/etc.

Juelis always displays great hospitality and thoughtfulness. She was especially helpful when I needed to extend my stay due to an issue with the airlines. Always thankful for the qualities she exudes as a host. Thank you! 🙏

Great place to stay. Vern’s apartment was beautiful clean and peaceful. It’s up in the hills so definitely recommend a jeep for getting there. Vern was home when we checked in she’s so friendly answered all our questions and responded quickly when I sent messages with random questions. Highly recommended Vern and her home!!

Our stay was very pleasant. The Airbnb matched the photos exactly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The only drawback was the nighttime noise from nearby air traffic and street activity, which was somewhat disruptive. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations.

Larik's place was perfect for us. Easy walk to good restaurants and 3 minute drive to Pueblo's grocery store. Clean and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. Can't eat out for every meal, so a well equipped kitchen was important to us. Any questions were immediately answered by Larik. We liked the convenience of being in French town and having a dedicated parking spot was a plus. Six minutes to airport and Lindberg Beach. I would suggest that future guests go to google map and drop a pin on the building immediately to the right of the St. Ann's Chapel. Google map will take you right there. When we return to the beautiful island, hopefully the unit will be available. Thank you Larik for a wonderful week!

This place is incredible. Very peaceful and private with a stunning view of the north shore. The unit itself was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend to solo travelers or couples!

Alexa’s place was amazing. When I first started using Airbnb years ago, this is what it was about. Unique places with tons of character in amazing locations. Alexa was very kind a responsive and we felt right at home. We stayed two nights but I could easily stay a week here just to enjoy the space and tranquility. Really an awesome place!

Joys Deluxe Studio in Margaritaville was astonishing!! Peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what me and my wife were looking for. My first time in St. Thomas and will definitely be returning in the near future. Joys studio was breath taking and super relaxing, had one of the best experiences at Coki Beach which the studio includes free shuttle service to one of the greatest beaches to have ever been to. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain-side condo in St. Thomas! Tucked away in a peaceful, lush setting, the unit offered a private deck with a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the island breeze. Having our own rental car made it incredibly easy to explore, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to Charlotte Amalie, and about 15 minutes to Red Hook, we were able to reach nearly every beach on the island in 20 minutes or less. It truly felt like the perfect home base for discovering all the beauty St. Thomas has to offer. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt both safe and secluded. We especially loved the shared pool—most afternoons we had it all to ourselves, which made for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Pay attention people! This is the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. This gorgeous space exceeded all my expectations and I am so happy I stumbled upon it. The hosts are absolutely lovely- kind, generous, funny, flexible, I could go on and on. If it’s available- BOOK IT!! NOW!!! DO IT!!

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

Stacey was a fabulous host and our stay was accommodating and clean! She made thoughtful recommendations to us upon our arrival of places to go which were helpful since it was our first time on the island. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Each room felt spacious and the balcony gave us beautiful sunrises to watch while we drank coffee in the morning. The pool is steps away from the front door which was also such another great convenience. Would highly recommend booking with Stacey!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Located within the gated golf community of Mahogany Run, we felt very safe and secure. The condo was extremely clean and the view and surroundings were just beautiful. The value for what we paid was great. It was just the two of us, but we could have easily shared the place with another couple. The way that the property is laid out provides plenty of privacy. We will absolutely consider staying here again upon our return to St Thomas. Covered parking is definitely a plus! Loved everything about this place! Unplug and Unwind is a beautiful property with amazing views. Rebecca was wonderful to deal with and would highly recommend her property. We saw lots of birds and several green iguanas hanging out in the trees from the balcony. The only restaurant that was close and with in walking distance (if you can walk up hills) was the Old Stone Farmhouse. The food was amazing, very well appointed bar, service good and really neat atmosphere, however it was quite expensive but worth it. Rebecca has great information on where to go for shopping, coffee, food and beaches. Highly recommend this property if you are not wanting to stay at a hotel or resort and want peace and quiet.

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.
