Holiday rentals with beach access in Northumberland

Loved my time staying at Gemma’s place, there is a fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms and a spacious lounge area. The apartment is very central, with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants close by. The area is wonderful with loads of beautiful walks, I will definitely be back again.

This place is really nice and a perfect base for exploring Bamburgh and surrounding area. Although it's close to the pub garden and some other gardens, it was quiet at night. We don't drive, but managed fine with taxi, bus, hired electric bikes and walking. There's small shops in Bamburgh but they close in the afternoon, there's a Co-op in Seahouses for provisions but we just got a food delivery for when we arrived. Highly recommend boat trips to Lindisfarne and to Inner Farne to see the puffins. The beach is stunning and water clear for some refreshing sea dips! Thank you Ross and Ceri for the welcome goodies and a lovely place to stay with great views of the castle :)

The Apartment was well situated, very close to the shops, restaurants and the local amenities. It was a very easy stroll to the beautiful beach and for those inclined a very enjoyable amble towards Walkworth. Upon arrival there was Prosecco and milk in the fridge and everywhere looked very clean and tidy. The communication was easy as was the access and there were no worries regarding parking as a space was provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to other people - I have no doubt we’ll come back here again.

We were a group of six friends and stayed in this lovely part of Northumberland for a long weekend. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden has sun all day and we enjoyed sitting out for breakfast and early evening drinks. It was lovely to be so close to the beach too. Rebecca was a super- responsive host, gave clear info about how to find the house and where useful things like beach towels and picnic rugs were stored ahead of our arrival. She also sent great tips about the local area and suggestions of where to eat. Thoroughly recommend.

Everything we wanted to do was easily walkable even with our young grandson. The location was very quiet and the small outdoor space was a bonus. Ian was very helpful.

Great stay in this lovely house. Everything was as described. Fantastic location with plenty of bars and eateries on the doorstep. We walked into Warkworth following a beautiful country bridleway and returned after 8 miles and relaxed in the wonderful hot tub. Leo enjoyed himself on the beach too. We had a wonderful stay at the property. This is the second time we have been to this property in the last 7 month and each time the property and the location has been perfect.

If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay, this is it! The cottage is in a fabulous location, with a sea view and plenty of space to sit outside. We were lucky with the weather, but if it's not so good there is a cosy sitting area inside. The beds are also really comfortable. All in all, definitely to be recommended.

Family of 5 (3 children), we had a great stay at Elaine’s place. The house had everything you could need. Super clean and fresh. Great location, and a 30 second walk to the beach. The kids loved the pirate themed bedroom with ample of space. Easy parking. Outside courtyard was peaceful, and private. Highly recommend and would love to return. Excellent accomodation - would strongly recommend for any couple staying in Northumberland Coast. Extremly clean and well - equipped and bigger than we expected.

Third stay at Lady Rhoda! One of the best air b and bs we have ever stayed in. We stayed with our toddler and our baby. We were able to borrow the cot - a very good one too- and it was really easy to get the buggy inside! We have never had a problem with parking either and always manage to get the spot right outside! We will be back again! Thank you!

The apartment was ideal for our first holiday with our golden retriever. The beach was close by, the garden was ideal for our dog. Both owners super friendly and had lots of knowledge to give us about the local area. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the West Tower and surrounding area is fantastic, as is communicating with Pete. However, I find the extra charge applied by Airbnb (which we didn't pay less than a year ago) to be extortionate. Took the edge off what was a great holiday.

Fab stay at Diane's place. Lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need for a holiday. Loved the location which is peaceful and close to the beach and nature, yet also a great base for exploring.

Central location. Near beach, restraints and pubs. Was walk to Seahouses, Newton and Bamborough. Dogs always love it in this part of the country.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying in the flat at Beadnell. The flat was modern, spacious and comfortable. It had every thing you might need for great time away. The flat has a lovely view of the sea and was very well placed to make a good location for visiting the area. There was lots of helpful information to make the most of the locality.

Amazing flat in Berwick. Great kitchen amenities including oil, salt and pepper! Nice touches like tea, coffee milk too. The place was very clean and tidy. I’ll try to book again when I’m in the area!

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.
