House holiday rentals in Norwich

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

A great place for family and friends. Very roomy, open kitchen to living comfort with many places to sit and socialize while preparing meals. Nicely decorated and very comfortable accommodating furniture. All the amenities. Every bedroom a king size bed with some rooms offering even more sleeping spaces. The pool pristine, perfect temperature and seating for those chatting on the sidelines while others swam. A simple walk downtown. In many cases the walk downtown was quicker than the ride downtown. My family truly enjoyed this vacation. My grand daughter (4) loved the home. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.. Jason friendly and available before, during and at close. I highly recommend this gem in Mystic, Connecticut.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Eric's home. The home exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need was in the stunning, modern kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and we slept very well. The property was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys and hawks each day. The fixtures in the home were modern, clean and high-end. It was great being so close to Greenport with it's wonderful restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.

Our stay was amazing! Adrienne was great she responded fast whenever we messaged her. We had a wind storm and she came right out to replace an umbrella that broke. She told us about some local events during our stay. The home was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find, she even had it all labeled. Everything about this place was just amazing. We will be staying again. Our family all loved it.

This was perfect for our casino trip, 3 minutes out from Mohegan and about 15 from Foxwoods. It fit/slept everyone perfectly for how big a group we had, and our stay in Connecticut was made so much better by this great location/home! We would definitely book again.

Cecilia was super friendly and easy to deal with, the house is amazing and stocked with anything you could need, she helped us out on very short notice with a place to stay when our home was under construction and even was able to reserve the house for us to have a short term rental for the following 4 months

What a wonderful stay! It truly is a bright and cheerful home. Eric thoroughly communicated all we needed to know before checking in. He was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay. We did! The home is in a quiet location but close enough to all that Mystic has to offer. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. It is cozy, clean, comfy and we can’t wait to be back for another relaxing stay!

We stayed here for a week for our daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. It was perfect. Great walk from the academy, all sidewalks, very safe area. The location is on a short dead end Street so you don’t have a bunch of cars driving by. The house itself is beautiful. It is bigger than it shows in the pictures. The yard is bigger and the deck is bigger than the photos show as well. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. I can’t say a single negative thing about it or offer anything to improve. I’m still amazed at what we got for the price that we paid. And the hostess is wonderful. Very quick response time for any questions that we had.

We had a lovely stay! The historical context of the main house and guest house (1750 House) is very interesting and we loved learning a little about the property. The 1750 House is perfectly appointed and all amenities were as described. We wish we had another day or two to continue to enjoy our stay. We’ll be back!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bedrooms were super cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals. The host, Alexis, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and clear instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and public transit. I especially loved the view from the back deck. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing! So much attention to detail was put into every aspect of this home. It was spotless and very well maintained. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. We never felt like something was missing and never had a hard time finding what we needed. It is such a quiet and peaceful area and we spent a lot of time just sitting by the water relaxing. We loved being able to have a fire right by the water as well. The downstairs game room/theatre was a blast as well. Overall I would 100% book a stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

We were attending an event at Mohegan Sun which was very close by. House had many 'smart features' that we weren't successful in figuring out, and other than one vanity that didn't get swept under (likely a house cleaner oversight), the house was super clean. Strong wifi. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/silverware/pans for what we needed. Personally I appreciated/loved having a large EMPTY fridge without other people's food/condiments left in it (which is an annoyance that I find in many rentals). House was bright and kit/baths/flooring were updated & modern. Beds were very comfortable, tons of outlets even on nightstands. Driveway is a bit narrow and street is well traveled which makes it a tad tricky to back out onto, and lawn needed mowing, but actual location was very convenient to most everything. Didn't have to go far to find anything (package store, restaurant, gas, Dunkin, etc). No long checklist to do when we vacated (yay!) Host was very responsive.

Great getaway for the family and the perfect location to access everything Mystic had to offer. Kathy was so helpful and responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

Frank’s spot is exceptional for the Norwich area. The house is a shining example of how to modernize a 1920’s home. Everything was extremely simple and very comfortable, perfect for a larger group.

An amazing home and property. Being able to walk around the farm was great. Very close to the casino. The home had everything needed for a great weekend getaway. Kim was very communicative and friendly.

This was a great place to stay for 3 of us using all 3 bedrooms. We found it convenient to get to an event we were attending and easy to get to other towns in the area and back to the airport. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. There were clear instructions and helpful recommendations.

This little cabin was everything we dreamed of and MORE for my birthday getaway! It was clean and COMFORTABLE! We felt right at home! The water is so close and my daughter LOVED exploring the lake tide. We got to see different fish and their lake beds for breeding. The extra artists cabin on the hill was like a dream when it came to our second night. It rained and we were able to play board/card games on there and enjoy the sound of the rain passing by! We will ABSOLUTELY be back again and have already recommended it to many friends! Thank you Marguerite!! You are amazing and your Airbnb is a dream!
