I had a wonderful stay at Jo’s studio apartment! The place was clean, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Jo was an amazing host and very graciously allowed me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. The neighborhood was also quiet yet. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Derby.

incredible price for a what is essentially a self contained little flat, minus the kitchen. great to have own parking and access. spotlessly clean with very comfy bed and hot shower with great pressure. tea/coffee/kettle perfect touch so we could make a coffee to go for an early start. a mirror in the main bedroom would be great as using the bathroom one blocks access to toilet and shower. hair dryer would be a nice touch too. outside light above main entrance door flashed on and off in the night which kept me awake a little as the room can't be closed off from the stairwell. host friendly and responsive, would stay again if attending same event next year! thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Richard’s place. It was perfect, nice and quiet and in beautiful surroundings. Richard was super responsive and very helpful! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay in. Really well connected to the city and peaceful surroundings. Responsive and friendly hosts. They left us some basics in the kitchen to eat or used, which was really nice. Would highly recommend 😊

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The space had everything we needed for our three week stay, it felt very comfortable and was easy to settle in. We had a few questions on the first day and Nicky and her team were helpful and responsive. The location is great and very walkable to local amenities.

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay, I would absolutely come back with very little hesitation! I will however point out a few things that may be helpful if you choose to stay on this wonderful property... because it doesn't have aircon, if you are staying during a bout of warm weather, all of the gorgeous windows do turn the cottage into a bit of a greenhouse - however because they all open up, a breeze is totally possible. Only other note is when opening the windows to cool down (and because this is a real farm in the country) there are A LOT of bug friends you will make. I think we'll come prepared with a bug candle or two next time so we can enjoy the open air and less mosquitoes ;-)

Our stay was great. The hot tub was lovely and the garden was beautiful. Penny also very kindly made us a cake which was delicious. Penny lives at the other side of the house and was there if we needed anything (even sun tan lotion). We booked this place for a chilled hen do and it was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks for having us Penny!

What a lovely cottage! The views were spectacular! My daughters and I took many pictures of the countryside and of the adorable sheep grazing nearby. The cottage was perfect for resting up and refreshing between our trips to the Chatsworth House and Gardens. Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

Our stay was nothing more than amazing . We felt at home and had everything we needed ,Wendy and her husband was fantastic hosts , so friendly and helpful . We was visiting chartwell house and Wendy’s house was a perfect stay over I would 100% recommend staying here .

Communication with Barbara was excellent. She was very friendly and accommodating. She was not put off by the fact we were attending a festival! The place was so charming and we loved saying hello to the dogs next door! Great location and we would definitely stay again. We loved all the extra little touches and the fact we could check in late. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Paul's house. We found everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The house is very well equipped and the surroundings are peaceful. There was always space to park in front of the house. The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden full of flowers. Paul was always proactive and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We totally recommend staying at his place!

Steve was a great host, very friendly and helpful, the apartment was nice clean and tidy, I would use this apartment again next time I’m in Nottinghamshire.

my stay was everything I needed, I stayed there 2 years ago and knew what to expect. Surroundings are so peaceful, loft has everything you need, walking distance to horse and jockey. Amanda always responds quickly if there are any issues.

Steve was an excellent host, very friendly with loads of recommendations. The place was a good size and good value.

Apartment offers easy access to Nottingham sites. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and great sitting area to relax after a day of exploring. Convenient grocery store right across the street. Check out the Bath Inn around the corner too.

Great place to stay if you’re in or around Nottingham, Airbnb is located in the centre and has many different amenities close by including a big shopping centre, pubs, clubs and more. Steve has amazing communication and makes sure you know exactly how to find the Airbnb along with offering a list of places to go whilst you’re in Nottingham. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Steve couldn't have been a better host. From Arrival to Departure steve provided us with all of the information we could need for the area, guided us to parking and our flat and showed us everything to ensure we had everything. Would 100% Reccommend choosing this apartment and would definetely book in future
