Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

Paddock Cottage is a beautiful old farmhouse, boasting stunning views of our farm paddocks with a huge garden and verandah. Perfect for couples or a single person wanting some peace and quiet. Large spacious warm rooms with a huge fireplace for cold winter nights. We are in the heart of the busy Midlands meander route on approx a 1.2km of dirt road pref a high rise car is advised . 4km away from MHS School and 17km from Nottingham Road.

Fern Rivers Unit 3

Large open plan bedroom with open truss ceilings, wooden floors and a large cupboard with kitchenette and bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet and basin. The unit uses a gas geyser. Wifi and tv run off an inverter during power outages. This unit is not equipped for cooking, but an air-fryer is provided. These units have wooden floors which some guests may find noisy.
