A newly renovated one bedroom house with private jacuzzi/ hot tub and beautiful views across the pool, barbecue pit and overflow jacuzzi. The pool is shared with 1 other small rentals. Situated on the site of a 15th Century chateau and stud farm in 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

Le Lac de Chemillé sur I. et accrobranche sont à 15 min. Juste envie de repos ou d'une partie de pêche: un étang de 2ha privatif vous attend à 300 m du gîte.
