Located between the Loire and the vineyards, LES TROGLOS DE L'ECHENEAU invite you to a picturesque stay in a green and totally exotic setting. When you arrive at the top of the trail (a little steep), you immediately fall under the spell of the atypical dwellings nestled in the hillside. The cottage is completely renovated and combines modern comfort with the authenticity of the dwelling in the rock. Today we invite you to share these unusual but so attractive living spaces.

A newly renovated one bedroom house with private jacuzzi/ hot tub and beautiful views across the pool, barbecue pit and overflow jacuzzi. The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

Single-story house completely restored in 2023, quiet and peaceful. The house is located on an equestrian farm that can accommodate horses. Close to Loches Forest with many horseback riding, hiking and cycling routes. Lake Chemillé with its tree climbing (5 km). Municipal swimming pool open in summer (5 km). Nearby, Montrésor, the most beautiful village in France, Beauval Zoo (20 minutes by car), Loches castles 10 km away, Amboise and Chenonceau 25 minutes by car.

Nathalie and Lionel welcome 3 travelers from around the world (he, she, they) in a hamlet in the middle of nature near Beauval Zoo and the most beautiful castles. It's great for relaxing in the countryside (2 km from the village). You can also enjoy a private outdoor spa (€25 per 1-hour session to be booked) for adults only. Your four-legged companion, who must be kept on a leash, is welcome. A second cottage for 2 people, the Parenthèse, is also available.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.

The residence of les Caves Archées is situated in the village of Bourré within close proximity of Montrichard in the Cher Valley. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 55 m2 space, refurbished in a beautiful building dating back to the 1860s. 14 km from Beauval Zoo and a short walk to all amenities. You will have at your disposal the necessary linens, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a TV and a barbecue (charcoal to bring). Mini bar and some extra treats just in case 😉

Our cottage is an old 19th century barn. It consists of a single volume, with a mezzanine bedroom. Its decor seems a nod to the surrounding castles. We are located between Montrichard and Saint-Aignan , and you are about ten miles from Chenonceaux Castle and Beauval Zoo. (We do not provide bedding. Thank you for your understanding)
