A newly, and tastefully, renovated holiday home raised above the banks of with the Gartempe River. Offering all the home comforts in a 2 story gite, with stunning river views and the large private deck. The property offers direct river access, and a river front fire pit. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Located just 5 minutes from the pretty local village with all essential amenities, and 20 minutes from the lively city of Bellac. Perfect for families, friends, and solo travelers.

Small gîte (rated 3***), secluded in the countryside, very cool with its 80-cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people, located in a small, quiet village in the Limousin region. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced-in garden. From October 1 to May 1, a €15/night fee for electric heating is required, payable upon arrival. Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m.; check-out time: before 10:00 a.m. However, we remain flexible regarding these hours. Animals allowed.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.
