*NB: Self check-in, no pets* Old Stable "Glamping" - This unique unit used to be old stables that was remodeled into a quaint bedchamber and adjoining separate bathroom (not en suite) with a shower. The room has a queen bed, bar fridge, microwave and coffee & tea facilities. It also has a covered porch with bistro table and chairs, a hammock and a bench in the garden to sit and enjoy the sound of the birds chattering away in the treetops. Note: Not suitable for persons with mobility restriction

Inni Kraal Restaurant & Accommodation

Welcome to this family semi open plan spacious unit. This is a well equipped unit with cloud 9 mattresses for a comfortable nights rest. This unit has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There is air-conditioning in the unit for the summer heat. There is a glass door splitting the single beds from the double, but keep in mind it is a see trough door(Please see in pictures.) On premises parking is available for vehicles, but not suitable for big trailers or caravans, please see pictures .

Our peaceful Karoo farm is the perfect place to stop over, relax and be refreshed on your journey. Our neat yet cozy self-contained cottage is perfect for singles, couples or families with children. Situated adjacent to our home, the cottage has its own entrance and patio overlooking the garden and pastures. The garden is shared with our family, so expect some activity of free-range children and pets! Our farm is accessed by 7km of dirt road.

Honeymoon Suite

Luxury suite with open-plan kitchen and lounge (fireplace) area and separate bedroom king size bed and private bathroom with shower, situated in a small poplar forest in a quiet village near the Owl House. Furrows Lodge is walking distance from the local pub, restaurants, Owl House, art galleries and the local brewery. All suites have complimentary coffee or tea. Come enjoy a getaway at Alphen River Lodge.Situated on the banks of the Orange River it offers a great escape for family and friends . The river and the farm on which it is situated allow for fun outdoor activities . These include : Yellow fish fly fishing(1.8km of private river frontage) Mountian biking Walks Trail running Birding It is also in a tranquil part of the counrty and this making it a great place to relax and wind down.

The Aloes guest house

The Aloes Guest House offers spacious comfortable accommodation in a fully furnished self-catering unit. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom and can accommodate 4 guests at a time. The Aloes is set on a koppie, overlooking the historical town of Bethulie offering a beautiful view of the Hennie Steyn bridge and the Lake Gariep . For peace and mind the property has good security with electric fencing and ample under roof parking.

Bethesda Tower B&B

A fairy-tale tower, ideal for a romantic couple or adventurous family. The unit is a duplex. The top floor's huge round bed has 360°views, and on the middle floor are twin beds / lounge. The bathroom is on the ground floor down external spiralling stairs. A unique experience! Our rate includes a delicious breakfast, which is served from our on-site Tower Café. Dinner is available on request, at the time of booking.

This unpretentious, rustic and secluded Karoo home is where internationally acclaimed playwright and writer Athol Fugard wrote between 1990 and 2017. Doringvygie

Doringvygie at Alandale Farm in the Eastern Karoo near Middelburg (Eastern Cape) is set on a working sheep and cattle farm. The self-catering cottage accommodates five guests in three rooms. Enjoy views from the east-facing stoep or Karoo sunsets from the west-facing one. Guests can join farm activities like sheep shearing, cattle and sheep drafting, explore walking and bike trails, or swim in a farm dam.
