What an amazing stay! cozy apartment, very complete, extremely clean, well decorated, we like the location, organized condominium and very clean tbm, Lucas who was our host was extremely attentive, responded fast, very helpful and polite, gave us tips of places for shopping and helped us with all the doubts we had, we were greeted with a bis box and a super caring ticket! Our daughter loved it, we love the affection! the coffee corner, the kitchen and the room, a charm... we love everything!! We will recommend everyone for sure!!

It was clean and organized. Clean Bed and bath linens. Casa limpa. Vagner is always available for any questions. Great spot.

The house and the space are great. The sand court and the soccer field are excellent. Really nice barbecue area. The fireplace area needs large wood. A bag of firewood is not enough because the place is too big. Overall, very top. We'll be back soon.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

The space is very cozy, with oriental-themed decoration. Good shower, room with good air conditioning. For me, who needed an outdoor space because of the dog, it met my expectations, the grassy yard is excellent.

Eduardo's house in Itupeva is simply amazing! Very large, modern, super clean and extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely want to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because the time was short and the heater didn't have time to fully heat up, but it still looked great. I highly recommend it!

“House with a homey feel” Impeccable cleanliness and organization. Functional kitchen and laundry I was able to eat meals and even wash some clothes, since I had a 3-month-old baby. Kitchen with dishwasher where I had the practicality of leaving everything clean. Quality bedding and everything very clean. Very pleasant decoration allowing me to feel at home for a few days. I definitely recommend it and will return to the place.

The apartment was clean, clean and fragrant bed linen, in the kitchen there are all the utensils we need. I went with my husband and my children (one 2 years old and one 7 months old) and they were well accommodated. The oldest slept in a room and the youngest slept with us in a crib that we brought, which fit comfortably in the room. We will definitely be back!
