Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nova Petrópolis

10 out of 10 in all categories: this is our evaluation and our feeling in the minute after we hand over the key at checkout. Everything was perfect! Gabriel's house is faithful to the photos posted on Airbnb. Everything is very organized, clean and with a very tasteful decoration. In addition, the host is very attentive, polite and available, which made a huge difference in the reception and the affection with which we were received (me, my husband and my elderly parents). There is parking in front of the house, a good bed - a differential for 2 suites, a hot shower, and an equipped kitchen... There is space for a special dinner - since the concept is open (kitchen and living room); a fire in the balcony fireplace; a special movie in the bedroom; or a card game at the dinner table. The location is great and a few kilometers away there is a well-stocked grocery store. Thanks Gabriel!

Fernanda was always very helpful. I would immediately answer any questions. She was attentive and flexible both at check-in and check-out. Her parents welcomed us for the key handover and are extremely friendly. The house is exactly as described in the ad. Spacious, organized, clean, soft sheets, blankets and towels, with all the accessories for preparing food and coffee. Wonderful view. Integrated living room with a super spacious kitchen. Fireplace, air conditioning, internet, TV with all access. Only compliments, with just one complaint. Wonderful place to enjoy with up to 8 people (4 couples, for example). We can't wait to come back.

The house is beautiful, with several decorative details that make the space cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with coffee! The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent, I highly recommend it! Bel was super attentive and flexible.

Gratitude! This word defines our stay at Casa do Jardim. We were very well received by Cristian and the house. We were looking for a place where we could rest, relax, reflect on life and spend incredible moments, and in this house, we certainly achieved more than expected. We liked it so much that we've already booked it to come back again. The decoration, the fireplace and the Cocó (quota) and the Lince (cat) were the icing on the cake. Gratitude for this amazing experience. I recommend it too much.

We spent the extended Easter and Tiradentes holiday at the house. Large house, with a very well-equipped kitchen, incredible amount of appliances, lots of dishes, everything you will need and more. In addition, there is a "mini CTG" for guests to use. Nothing from the kitchen in the house needs to be taken there, because it has everything you need there too. House without luxury but very cozy, with fireplace, swimming pool, garage, barbecue and camp stove. Huge yard, lawn with swing, which gives a charm to the property. There is a corral where some sheep are kept and a waterfall inside the property. Maia the dog is very docile, but we did not have the opportunity to live with her these days, because we took our pet and they thought it best to leave them apart. Lots of bedding, ideal for cold days. We thought a lot about going back, they were perfect days with the Family.

Highly recommended, excellent family stay. Even with rainy days, we spent special moments, the house is very cozy, attentive and dear hosts. Everything was impeccable, we will certainly return.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! Perfect apartment, one of the best accommodations I've ever had on AIRBNB. All by listing and even better. Apartment in front of the Stone Cathedral (Our Lady of Lourdes) in Canela. Brand new and super well maintained and equipped. Access to 2 underground parking spaces (side by side and fits any vehicle/truck). Elevator. Apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a very comfortable suite, and another social bathroom. Hot water on all faucets and showers. Hot/cold air in the rooms. Automatic blinds. Wood fireplace in the living room. Barbecue in the kitchen (large charcoal). Large living room and bedroom TVs. Balcony overlooking the Cathedral. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, duplex refrigerator, all utensils and also washer/dryer. I emphasize the differentiated service that Diva gave us, always very solicitous and quick in answering our questions. My family and I (5 adults in total) were very satisfied. The location is great, safe and very beautiful. This is the second time we have stayed at the place, Rodrigo and Joseana are always very proactive and polite to resolve any complications.

I saw some comments talking about the apartment and doubted it could be better than the pictures, but it really is. The apartment manages to exceed all expectations.
