Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

The house is located in Ancy-le-Franc in a peaceful and residential area. It is detached and built on a basement and has: entrance, living room, independent equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed for 2 people in 140 cm, bathroom, separate toilet. Outside: a loggia with table and garden furniture, a garage under the house and enclosed garden all around with deckchairs, barbecue and games for children. Baby equipment available in the house. Linen and cleaning included.

In a quiet hamlet, a small pleasant house for up to 3 people, typically Nivernaise, ideal for resting, with hiking and cycling, as well as fishing on site. Close to the Canal du Nivernais, the course of the 16 locks , the ponds of Baye and Vaux, with water activities and swimming. Close to the Morvan Natural Park, visit to Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Bakery 1 km away, other shops in Corbigny 10 minutes away by car.

Our apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic center and 2 steps from the Clock Tower. In this former mansion, located on the ground floor with its private terrace, you can enjoy the calm while being close to the liveliness of the city center. Completely renovated, this accommodation has a bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed for a stay for 2 or with family. (2 adults and 2 children)
